Drinks with college classmates (3) Next up was Toyo Bijin! I've been going to Yamaguchi for work recently, so I've seen a lot of Toyo Bijin, but I've never seen this label before😳I don't think I've seen it at Sake-no-wa either, I don't think I've ever seen this label before, even at Sake-no-wa. Even so, why wouldn't I have seen this label? I looked it up and found out that it is a limited edition of a certain liquor store! When I drank it, I found it to be sweet and tasty (typical of Toyo Bijin), but also beautiful. But it's beautiful. It's a bit pricey in Ginza, but it's a super-cost-effective super-dinner drink. It's like a super-cost-effective, super-drinking sake! The last picture is from the first Chinese restaurant (forgot to take a picture of the yakitori 😭)

Drinks with college classmates (2) Next up, Kikusen. I think this is my first time drinking this. I didn't know it was from the Tasake sake brewery 😯. It's refreshing, but a little sweeter than the Hakurakusei I just had. Beautiful and slightly sweet? But at my age, there is a lot of talk about health and the old days 😆. Drinking party with college classmates (1) Next month, 16 of us are going to have a class reunion of our university seminar class, so five of us went to Ginza for the preview. The place for the party was Chinese restaurant. We went to a Chinese restaurant, where we ate and drank as much as we could for 2 hours, The first sake was Hakurakusei. In such a case, I have an image of stability and trustworthiness. When I drank it, it was clear. A little acidic and refreshing Not all of us are in Tokyo area, but 6-7 years ago, high attendance of 15/16 people, we need to have a good preview 😝. In Shibuya with members of my former company (3) The last drink of the day was Aradama! I've had Aradama before, but this was my first time to try the improved Shin-Kou. Is this a dry type? I wonder if it is a dry type? But it's a little gentle and has a sweet taste. Basically, it's refreshing, with some acidity 😋. This restaurant seems to have a lot of spicy types? Although we are members of the same company, the oldest is a senior in his late 70s, and the youngest is a junior in his 40s who is married to a married couple.

(2) in Shibuya with members of my former company There were 5 members that day; 4 of them are former members of the same company, and the other one is the wife of one of them (first time 🎉). It seems both husband and wife's parents are liquor stores 😆 (now out of business🥺) We all ask for a lot of things. I'll skip Ishizuchi and Houken since I've had the exact same sake in the past, Next up was Shoyuki, a dry junmai ginjo, my first time drinking it! It's a dry junmai ginjo with a slight sourness. It's a beautiful sake that doesn't interfere with food.

It happens sometimes, I go to the liquor store thinking I'm going to buy a certain sake. I go to the liquor store, and while I'm looking around, I buy another one 😆. This is the Shinanotsuru I bought in that pattern! Nagano sake, unfiltered raw sake, and I've never had it, I guess I bought it somewhere around here 🤔. Traditional label though, When I drink it, it's sweet fresh? But it doesn't have that much acidity. Of course there's no bitterness, so it's refreshing, but it's not fruity. But it's pretty tasty, Shinanotsuru 😋.

Noge ④ After Sushi Izakaya, we went to two very inexpensive standing bars (3 sours each 😅) and went to the last bar of the day. We went to the last bar of the day. But my memory is a bit fuzzy about this place... 😂. I drank at Shichida and Iyo Gagiya, but my memory and notes are questionable 🤣. So, for now, I had my first drink at Iyogagiya. I think it was dry.., The label on the back of the bottle says that it is really a sake for those who want to taste the subtle differences in taste. Noge 1) Yesterday, I went on what has become a regular event? Noge Senbero tour with high school classmates🤣. We started at 12:00 pm at my recent favorite sushi izakaya! It's been a while since I drank Yamazan, I bought a bottle of Yamadanishiki because I've never had it before. The first sip was a nice splash! Sweet and sour, but the acidity is weak. Overall, it's gentle. A little citrusy, maybe. A little bit of citrus? It's still delicious 😋. The difference between this and another Yamazan I had before is..., I don't really remember 😝😝😝.

The last time I was in Yamaguchi on a business trip, I took a short trip to Yuda Onsen to buy some. There were many I wanted, but I'd never had one before, and I'd never seen one near my house. Tajimaumi (sea of many islands) Apparently it was planned by Nakashimaya and a former brewer of Asahi Shuzo. Is it inspired by the Seto Inland Sea? The bottle looks like it. Sourness at first. It's fire-brewed, but it's still 💦. Not so much sweetness, but a little bitterness. Sourness and bitterness are the main flavors, but it's not like wine. Is it more like grapefruit? 🍋‍🟩 The kind that if you're not careful, you'll go gobble it up 😆 (all the time 🤣).

I just had a bottle of Shigemasu the other day in Fukuoka, but I happened to have bought it before I went to Fukuoka and had it in the fridge! I bought it because I was curious about the label, which is traditional but with a bit of a modern look. Shigemasu Natsu ni Yumeuru Yuki The nigori color is like unrealistic summer snow, I think. I think so 🤣. Fresh on the palate! Not sour acidity, gentle Soft sweetness, summery 🏖️ If you go for it, it's a bit dangerous 🥳 because it's 17% alcohol. I had a physical yesterday, no major findings as of yesterday (uric acid, neutral fat and cholesterol are always a bit high), but what are the results? 😂.

In Okayama,,, people,,, but I usually sit 2 people, but today I sit 3 people, and the middle seat is free 😁Go for the second one! Izakaya Shinkansen Modoki from Shin-Yamaguchi (1) I was a little anxious and prepared for today, thinking that it might be a bit of a climax of my work in Yamaguchi, but it turned out to be an unexpected turn of events 😱. I finished work a little early and went to the liquor store in Yuda Onsen to prepare for the Shinkansen. I got some for drinking at home and some for the Shinkansen! I also got some snacks at the Co-op, which I found for the first time! Abunotsuru 300ml found at a liquor store in Yuda Onsen A little sharp, but a solid taste! I guess it's a dry type. It leaves a lingering taste on the tongue. This kind of thing might be better if it were a little colder, it was cold when I bought it, but it warmed up a little 😂. Apart from the coop, I got a curry bun at the station that I've been curious about for a while, is it good even if it's cold? I asked the guy at the store if it was good cold, and he let me warm it up in the toaster. （I asked the guy if it was cold and he let me heat it up in the toaster 🤩.

Yesterday evening I had a meeting at a client's company, After the meeting, as usual, we went to an izakaya in Shin-Yamaguchi. This day, I went to an Asian beauty restaurant, Toyo Bijin. Drinking for the first time! Soft sweetness Beautiful and easy to drink Slightly sour, but the sourness gradually increases as you drink it? After returning from Kyushu, I worked at a customer's company in Akihabara for two days from the very next day (yesterday). A get-together is always included in this company🍶. Yesterday, I rented out a buckwheat noodle restaurant and had a drink with the mid-level members. The sake was a bottle of Hokuyo Junmai, which I had never tried before! As usual, I asked, "May I take a picture of the bottle?" I said, "Sorry, I put it on ice to cool it down, so the label is dirty..." 🤣 Never mind 😘 It's really white? Clean and clear. Sake that is light and clean. It's soft and you can drink it smoothly while eating Let's go for another day 👍

Kyushu (8) The third (and last) glass was Wakanami Junmai Ginjo. I had a good impression of Wakanami after drinking a different one before. Fresh! A little shwashy. It has sweetness too! Delicious 😋. Everyone is drinking different kinds of sake, but so far, I've had 3 glasses of sake at the same pace with my eldest son's wife 🤣. After this, we left, but my eldest son and his wife and my second son went for ramen (my eldest son had two refills of ramen). (My eldest son apparently had two refills 😱) After the wedding in Kyushu and everything, I am on my way home today. ✈️ Thank you all! Tomorrow is another hard day at work!

Kyushu (7) The second drink at Izakaya Tanaka 65 I had a different (raw) drink before and got the impression that it was delicious. Soft sweetness Clear and clean Delicious 😋. This restaurant had a comedian from Kyushu 🤩. (I didn't even know his name 😂)
