Hakkaisan Special Honjozo.
Tonight, my wife and I went to an izakaya (Japanese-style bar) where we always have a good time. We had ankimo, steamed himegai clams with sake, assorted tempura, yellowtail kama, etc., and finished with beef tendon curry.
Hakkaisan is a light, easy-drinking sake that went perfectly with the fish dishes.
