On Thursday, I went to a certain sake store to stock up on Sho Shiki.

Friday we revisited, but they couldn't get in on the morning flight.
Saturday we revisited and finally found it.
I'll have a bowl right away... Matsu no Tsukasa has always had a strong rice flavor ⁇.
But Mizuki, as the name suggests, is more about the water💦.
It's a very refreshing sake.
