I'm very satisfied 🍶 Asahimachi is famous for Hayashi Sake Brewery, but they don't sell "Hayashi" even though it's the brewery's name 😂.
Google told me about a special distributor and I bought it!
It has a good balance of sweetness, deliciousness, and acidity and was a perfect match for the Kitokito fish from Toyama 🍶.
