I found the birthplace at a liquor store and bought it immediately. 🤞 I was caught off guard. It flew as soon as I opened the bottle. ✈️ (Safe to say the contents are safe) This is an adult juice. I drank it over 3 days. It transformed from fresh and naughty at first to a calm and balanced drink of flavor, acidity and bitterness on the third day. I'm not sure what to make of it 😋😋.

7/21 I went to the Uehara Sake Brewery's first drinking session again this year. 35 different kinds of sake were judged seriously. I know I have a silly tongue, but I hope it helps (lol). The 3rd and 4th pictures are from that time. Soma no Tengu was purchased that day. It is a little light and firm among the Buroisen. The light nigori draft is irresistible. I'm not sure if I've ever had it before 😋😋.

The other day, when my son was in Tokyo, he sent me a picture of him and his daughter, who lives in Tokyo, having a saki drink with his siblings. The drink at that time was Icebreaker. I was so excited. I wanted to drink it myself, so I went to the liquor store and bought some. 3 years ago I used to buy it every year, but I haven't had it for a while. It's a solid Tamagawa, but for some reason this one has a freshness to it that makes it a classic summer sake. I recommend it on the rocks, but it's actually really good warmed up. I'm sure you'll enjoy it 😋😋.

Yesterday, I went to Dorikam's wonderland Nagoya Dome, in front of 45,000 audience, Miwa sang with great passion while running on the stage, Masa's blur MC, it was really satisfying. 🎶 I finally got back to the live performance with my voice before Corona. 🎶 Drunk from the concert, I went home and opened the gakki. First time to try Aizan, sweet but gorgeous and delicious. I'm going to try it 😋😋😋.

I bought this sake at the spring brewery opening. 🌸 This sake can only be purchased at the time of the opening of the brewery and is sold out in no time. I finally got it this time. 🎶 I was told to be careful about opening the bottle, but I was able to open it safely as it had been sitting in the fridge for 3 months. It has a gorgeous flavor of Omachi, a gentle mouthfeel, and a soft nigori taste. It's a very nice wine. No wonder it is so popular. I will buy it again at the opening of the brewery!

Every year after May, sake made with Akaban Omachi and brewed with No. 7 yeast is released. 🍶. I bought it last year and it was delicious so I bought it again this year and let it sit in the fridge for a while. 😀 This sake has the freshness of a nama-shu and the robust flavor of azuki, and can be served at any temperature range. Gorgeous flavor of Omachi rice and a slight bitterness on the back end. 🌾. 500ml was gone in no time. 😋😋😋.

It's my favorite tamitsu. 🍶 This special junmai sake is made with rice from Mie Prefecture and yeast from Mie Prefecture. The soft aroma and gentle flavor convince me that this sake is carefully made by a family. 😋. By the way, sake made with water from the Suzuka mountain range is delicious. Both in Mie and Shiga Prefecture 😋😋.

I was able to buy it again this year, Sogabe. The first one was drunk in 2015. (3rd picture)) I could usually buy it back then. 😭 It has a good balance of acidity and umami, it's definitely similar to a white wine. 4 days of aging will help it settle down and become more umami. I think I like it better if I leave it for a while. I used to think it was more acidic, but it seems to be getting more and more like sake every year. Sake 🍶😋😋.

From my son who works at Muji, here's a Father's Day gift of alcohol, thanks 🎁. MUJI, the brewery and the farmer teamed up to make this sake from Koshihikari rice grown in the terraced rice paddies of Tokamachi. 🌾. MUJI has numerous stores, but only a few seem to carry it. Now, as for the taste, it is like a softer version of Niigata's light and dry, with the flavor of the rice asserting itself. It is best when paired with rice dishes, pickles, dried fish, etc. 😋😋😋😋😋

On Sunday, June 11, I participated in the Hida Takayama Ultra Marathon and managed to finish the race in the pouring rain, and if I do say so myself, I did my best. 🎉 The day before the marathon, I arrived in Takayama early and enjoyed Japanese sake at the "Drinkers' Festival". The entry fee was 3,000 yen and included a tour of 6 breweries, 2 sake tastings each, the tote bag in the photo, and a sake cup. 🍶 This time sake is the sake I bought at that time. Dorodoro, no explosion. It's like a traditional light and dry sake with a dororo. Cold sake is fine, but when I heated it up at the end, it was really good. Nigori sake should be heated, right? I'm sure you'll enjoy it 😋😋.

My daughter sent me this sake at the end of last year. This sake was served with the concept of wishing for a peaceful New Year's Eve and New Year's Day, but we are long past the New Year. Hashu Homare, which was developed at the brewery of Jyushiyo, is used for the first time in Kangiku. It seems to have been brewed through trial and error. The taste is clear, as is typical of Kangiku. The taste is a well-balanced sake with a clear quality typical of Kangiku, fruity aroma, umami, and sweetness. 😋😋.

I found a sake I've been wanting to try at Sake Bar Otake. 💓 It is Kikutaka, which is no longer making sake. It's the brewery where the toji of Koei Kiku used to be. It is a matured sake with a strong and thick taste. It is the exact opposite of Koueikiku. It is the exact opposite of Koei Kiku.

There was a limited sales event at the brewery in March and I bought it then. (I have a weakness for limited editions😃) It was a fun event, talking with the brewery girls. By the way, when I was at the brewery, the president came out from the back room shouting that Murakami had hit and won, and the brewery staff and customers got very excited. ⚾️🎉 Okuhida's limited edition sake was fresh and fruity, just like Hatsugoroku, and I never got tired of drinking it. It can be enjoyed on its own or as an in-between-dinner drink. It's delicious. I'm sure you'll enjoy it 😋😋.

I bought this bottle when I visited Nagano. MIYASAKA is a sake brewed with sake rice from all over Japan and its own yeast. 🍶. This time I drank this luxurious sake made with Yamadanishiki from Hyogo Prefecture and Masumi yeast. It has a slight fizziness, a slight ginjo aroma, and a taste that I think is a bit sweet. The third sake from the GW brewery. This sake is from the Miwa Sake Brewery, famous for its nigori (nigori) Shirakawa-go. I only knew Shirakawa-go, so I tasted it to see what kind of sake it was, and it was surprisingly good, so I took some home. It was 🍶. It is fresh, but has a delicious sweetness. It is a little classical but delicious. The bitterness in the aftertaste is also irresistible. I'm sure you will enjoy it 😋😋. The 3rd and 4th photos are of the warehouse, which is a tangible cultural property.

I bought this sake at the GW kurabiraki. Kozaemon's Natsu-gin is usually fire-aged, but they offered Natsu-gin on draft only at the kurabiraki. Natsu-gin's light aroma, mild taste, and balance make it a sake that you can keep drinking forever. And because it is a draft sake, it is fresh and vibrant. 😋 Kozaemon summer gin nama is delicious 😋😋😋.

My daughter in Tokyo sent it to me at the end of last year for New Year's drinking. However, she had a corona and couldn't go home, and she couldn't go home for GW either due to work, so I opened it at the end of GW. (My daughter said I could drink it 😋) This is my first time to drink Yonotori. I've never been a fan of kijo sake, but this was one I was convinced was indeed Shinmasa, with just the right amount of sweetness and acidity without the stickiness of kijo sake, and the aroma of the wooden vat that enveloped it. 🎶

GW is making a tour of breweries. Today we are at Shiga Fujii Honke in Asahi. You can keep drinking various kinds of sake for 1,500 yen. I especially like the barrel sake that you can drink in the historical brewery. 🎶. The best sake to drink against the thermal tank. 😃😀😀

I went to Nagano City to run in the Nagano Marathon. The marathon was a disaster, but I drank a lot of sake and bought three bottles on the way home. It was like I went to buy sake. 😀 Mutually is one of the bottles I bought at that time. Yeast, rice, water, all Nagano sake. 🌾. It is fresh and sweet, but then you can feel the strong acidity. The concept seems to be to enjoy the acidity, so I recommend it to acid lovers. 😋😋.
