I found Yuho at a nearby liquor store and bought it. When I went to Kanazawa, I thought this sake was good while eating Kanazawa Oden. I thought it was delicious 🍢🍶.
This one is brewed at Tamakae in Shiga. You don't see this sake outside of Shiga very often. I'm a Shiga sake lover and I love sake made from this rice. ❤️
This sake also has a moderate aroma and goes well with food. It is good that it is not too assertive. It seems to quickly disappear with the food. It is recommended to be served at room temperature or lukewarm 🎶.
