The label is said to be a butterfly that goes over the ocean to Taiwan. I thought it looked like the original tattoo. There's something dark about the label.
I drank it thinking it was the Oku brand, but it was totally different. It's sweet.
On the way home, I took the express and finished up with beer and a set of pork-style snacks. I love how easy these snacks are.
We participated in the opening of the Honkou Sake Brewery. There were many delicious sake. The Genkai, Oku, and Hiyayogoshi were all very good, but above all, Yume-Ginko DREAM was the best of all. It had a really good balance of umami, aroma, and sharpness, and went perfectly with fried mehikari.

I love it so much 😆 I got to know it through "Oku".
Yamazaki Gosei.
This time it's Yamazaki Kozo's Yumeginko DREAM!
This is a Junmai Daiginjo Harazake.
It's a very good sake 🍶, same trend as "Oku".
It's a very good sake 😆.
It also has a slight gassy feeling.
It has a clear freshness 🩵 and a gentle sweetness 🩷.
and gentle sweetness 🩷.
It's the best sake 😆.
A sample 1-goupe bottle given to me by a local liquor store
The first Yamazaki brew after the son's return to the brewery.
A modern green apple muscat type of sake.
Slight carbonation bitterness
Light sweetness and minerality
Clear and refreshing aftertaste
Somewhat Morishima-like
I've forgotten what the previous Yamazaki brew tasted like, but I'll enjoy the taste of the Yamazaki brew from now on!
8/10
Sake from Aichi since we are in Nagoya.
It is made with Yumesansui.
It was cloudy and tangy, with a surprisingly dry taste.
I was quite surprised by the hard drinking taste, but it was delicious.
The bitterness and lingering aftertaste in the second half were also nice.
