I am a Mikotsuru lover, but this is my first time to drink sake made from Yamadanishiki, the king of sake rice. 🌾. This sake is fire-brewed, but it takes a lot of time and effort to cool it down quickly after bottle-firing. But this makes it a fresh and fruity sake even though it is fire-aged. It gives the impression of being a bit sweet. It has a slightly sweet impression. It is definitely delicious, but I think Mikotsuru prefers Yamae-Nishiki, Hitogokochi, and Kinmon-Nishiki, which are all born in Nagano, Japan. 🎶

Yesterday, the Shinmai Festival was held at Ise Jingu Shrine. ⛩ Sake from 26 breweries in Mie was served in Okage Yokocho to celebrate the new tasting ceremony. The best part of the event was the unlimited consumption of Jigokin nigori sake. It was fresh, deliciously sweet, too delicious, and I was too happy. I was too happy 😋😋. The snacks were grilled sweetfish, umaki, and fried oysters, which matched the sake perfectly. Of course, we also had other Mie sake. 😀

Good evening, NITO-san. The new rice harvest festival at Ise Jingu Shrine! I've been there at the end of the year and got soy sauce, but I can't believe the nigori of metaphysics is served 😍I wish I could go back yesterday in a time machine and go anywhere 💕.

Good evening, Hirupeko! I knew there was going to be a new Jikin special pure sake, but I didn't expect it to be nigorigo as well. I wish I could go to that place with a door anywhere myself. 😃😃

Good evening, NITO 😆 For someone like me who has never had Jikin, this is a dream come true 😳 I am too curious about other Mie sake too! Please let me know! The tsumami is great too! I haven't been this jealous in a long time 🤣.

Good morning, tsutsumate-san🎶. Almost all the sake breweries in Mie were there to dedicate their new sake to Ise Shrine. Saku, Tamitsu, Hanzo, Rumiko, Hachibei, and so on. I drank too much Jishin and couldn't complete the previous brewery. 😀

Hi NITO ☀☀☀☀. You can drink all the Jikin nigori you want 😳‼️ I can't drink this sake, so I have no choice but to go 😍. The other Mie breweries are tempting, but the Jikin alone will knock me out 🤣.

Bon-chan, good evening🎶. The dedication event at Ise Jingu Shrine's Niinamesai was amazing, wasn't it? I was really knocked out by the nigorigo of the jikin. I was 😋. I wanted to drink a lot of other sake as I love Mie sake too, but it was impossible. 😃😃.

I was curious about Izumibashi, and now I have it. It is made from Yamada-Nishiki grown in-house, polished to 80%, with almost no polishing. When you drink it, it has a strong sense of rice, a soft umami, and a pleasant acidity and bitterness unique to sake brewing. It has a pleasant acidity and bitterness unique to the sake. It is best served warmed.

I found Yuho at a nearby liquor store and bought it. When I went to Kanazawa, I thought this sake was good while eating Kanazawa Oden. I thought it was delicious 🍢🍶. This one is brewed at Tamakae in Shiga. You don't see this sake outside of Shiga very often. I'm a Shiga sake lover and I love sake made from this rice. ❤️ This sake also has a moderate aroma and goes well with food. It is good that it is not too assertive. It seems to quickly disappear with the food. It is recommended to be served at room temperature or lukewarm 🎶.

Last week, for three consecutive weekends, Kozaemon's Nakajima Brewery held a brewery open house and an autumn party. In the clear autumn weather, we enjoyed meeting with our sake friends and had a great time and tasted delicious food. 🎶 Nineteen types of sake and five types of liqueur were served, and all types of sake were complete. (The third page is the menu). This time I bought one of my best three sakes that I drank at that time for drinking at home. Now, which are the other two? (Laughs) Bizen Omachi's Nama Hashiroshi, a limited edition sake. 😋😋😋😋.

This is the third year in a row that I have been able to drink Sharaku's Nagoshi Sake. 🎉 The aroma is slightly melon, and in the mouth it is soft and sweet without being overripe. It has a roundness and is clear even though it is an autumn sake. Nagoshi-zake is definitely my No. 1 autumn sake, too good. It is too good. By the way, I bought 2 bottles of Nagosake last year and one is still in the fridge. I wonder when I will drink it. I'm wondering when I will drink it 🍶.

Ehime Prefecture is known for its Zucchee, isn't it? I had the impression that the Zucche I drank before was a sake with aroma and flavor, but this hiyaoroshi is dry and dry. It's a very dry and dry sake 🍶. It's a sake that is completely specialized for eating. It can be served warm or cold, and is great with fall foods. It's a great sake to drink with fall foods 😋😋.

Nakashimaya is my first time drinking at home. I found Nakashimaya on sale in Nagoya and immediately bought the last bottle. It's a very good sake 🍶. It has a matured flavor and a clean aftertaste. I had mizutaki with cold sake and sashimi with lukewarm sake, and it is a delicious sake that can be enjoyed at a variety of temperatures. 10/13,Sake Bar YATA hosted a sake party for Furoisen on the terrace of a high-rise building. The third photo is the SAKE LIST of the event. The third picture is the SAKE LIST. I was really impressed and drunken to be able to drink this kind of sake as I am a Buroisen lover. I was really excited to be able to drink this kind of sake. The next day, when I was drinking at the counter of YATA, about 10 kinds of sake, which were left over after opening the bottle at the sake party, were brought in. 🍶. The daiginjo in the photo was shared with me for a small fee because I wanted to drink it at home. Aroma of wooden vats, soft umami with a classical taste. The Daiginjo from Furozumi is as expected. It is too delicious. I'm sure it's too good to be true.

The other day, I visited Kunimori and the Sake Culture Museum in Handa. This is a limited edition sake sold at the museum. I really have a weakness for limited edition sake. I just can't resist 😅. When I first drank it, it had the freshness of arabashiri, but I felt the taste was not coherent. After 4 days of drinking one cup every day, it has changed. It has become one team and has transformed into a mellow and delicious sake. I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure I'll be able to find a way to make it work.

This sake was released last month as a limited edition at the kurabiraki event. The main label is a hiyaoroshi of the standard Isun Heki Yume-Ginko. However, although the label is hiyaoroshi, it is actually an unfiltered draft of hiyaoroshi. It seems that it was specially released at Kurabiraki to compare it with hiyaoroshi. The taste is fresh, but it has been aged over the summer, so it may be a bit mellowed out. It has a rounded flavor and is delicious. It has a rounded flavor and is delicious.

Saijo is a mecca for sake, and even though I was dragging my heavy feet, I had a great time touring the sake breweries. I was very happy 🍶. This time I bought sake from a brewery in Saijo. It tastes great cold, but it is also great on the rocks. It's really good on the rocks. I'm sure you will enjoy it 😋😋😋.

I wanted to try this at least once. They were particular about the number 777 to make the most of the Asahi rice. This sake is brewed with 77% polished rice and No. 7 yeast. 🌾. It is fresh and a little sweet, but has a strong flavor that is typical of a sake brewed with a traditional sake yeast. 😋

I went to Chōgatake (蝶ヶ岳) in the Northern Alps, even though there was a typhoon coming the day before yesterday and yesterday, I stared at the weather map and thought I could go. Chōgatake (🌋) I didn't have the best view, but I'm happy that I was able to climb the mountain without being exposed to rain and wind. I'll be back soon 🙏. I have not been able to upload this article due to a number of things going on. Today is Yume-Ginko DREAM from Yamazaki brewery. The label features the Asagimadara, a butterfly known to cross the sea, and the concept is to cross the sea with sake brewed with rice and water from Aichi Prefecture. 🦋 It is not flashy but has a discreet ginjo aroma, fruity. There is plenty of umami. It is a daiginjo, but it is also reasonably priced. It's a good choice.

I was able to drink it again this year. Active nigori. I think it's one of the best 3 sake I drank last year for me. 😋. I talked to the brewer of Mikotsuru at the Nagano sake event and he said that this year's active nigori was less fizzy because there were requests to enjoy it for 2 or 3 days. 🎶 It certainly didn't jump when the bottle was opened. However, when you drink it, you can feel the schwash and it has a good balance of umami, sweetness, and acidity. 3 days later, the schwash settles down and the sake is full of umami. This year's active nigori is definitely delicious. It is a very good sake.

I cooled it down well and it spilled a little, although it did not erupt. It is very energetic. After 10 minutes of opening and closing the gap, it finally settled down. 😌 Slight firing of the raw yeast, this is a first for me. 🎶 The fine bubbles are pleasant when poured into the glass. It retains the solid flavor typical of the traditional sake, but with a bouncy, effervescent feeling, and a nice sharpness that makes it easy to drink. It's a very good sake. I really like it. It's a very good sake.

On 8/12, Asahi no Hi fair was held at the brewery of Asahi no Hi. About 10 kinds of sake and keg sake were served. It was very hot outside, but inside the brewery was cool and the sake was delicious. It was delicious! There were lots of snacks and it was a fun summer fair. 🎶 I bought this sake then. It's a rich sake with lots of flavor because it's a jusui brew. It's not explosive, but it's also a bit fizzy and modern for a classic Asahi. 😋😋.

I drank at Bon Festival, Shinshu Kamerei, which I haven't drunk at home in a very long time. In 2016, when I was doing the Taiga Sanadamaru, I stopped by Ueda Castle and Okazaki Sake Brewery. At that time I could usually buy it at the brewery. The following year, I bought it at a liquor store at Nagano station on my way back from the Nagano Marathon. I go to Nagano every year, but I don't see it anymore, it really has become a premier sake. It's really become a premium sake 😭 Well, I haven't had Kamerei in a while, but it's still delicious. It has a gorgeous ginjo aroma, just the right amount of sweetness when you drink it, a clear crispness, and a clear sake quality. I'm not sure what to expect 😋😋.

Purchased at Sakae Sake Square, an event in Nagoya last month. It is the first sake made from start to finish by Mr. Sanekazu, an apprentice toji. This is the second time I have met Jitsuwa-san, and the first time was in the spring when I went to a screening of a documentary film about her work as a brewer. I was impressed by her small stature, but she does all the heavy lifting with aplomb and is passionate about sake brewing. 🎥 The sake is really delicious, retaining the firm, heavy taste of Senpyo, but wrapped in a feminine and gentle obliviousness. The label is also super cute and handmade. I'm sure you'll love it 😀 . I can't wait to see what kind of sake Jitsuwa will come up with in the future. I'm looking forward to seeing more 😋😋.
