Thank you again this week 😀 This time of the year is bad 😱I want to drink so many things and the tome is a cute label with a Usa-chan rice cake 😁. I'm sure Lemacom is going to be flat 💦 so I'm going to cut back on the number of bottles I drink 🎵I had a rough run with this one a long time ago💦. Oh, the memories of that time come flooding back 😆. It's a refreshing Oro C and very tasty 😁.

On Sundays I drink after 5am and go to bed as soon as I'm sober, but tonight I'm a soccer fan 😁. I would never have drunk it if it wasn't for the hanpukai! Now open the bottle🎵The aroma is faintly citrusy! Wow, even though it's 75% polished, it has a beautiful flavor, strong acidity, and of course plenty of umami 😋. Let's kick off! Ganbaa Japan!

1800ml ¥5,082 Thank you for your hard work this week! I bought a bottle to drink it slowly, but I couldn't open it and now I have 5 bottles of Collage 😅Nagoshi Sake is also a bottle 💦. Now open the bottle 🎵 I'm going to heat it up so I'm just going to drink a little 😁. First of all, the cold sake is delicious 😆 Perfect balance of sweetness, umami, spiciness, and acidity! The lingering sweetness is also wonderful 😀. Then I'll have it heated up to 42°C 😃. Oh, it's so easy to drink too 😊. I love the gentle sweetness as the temperature gradually drops 😋.

I drank this one 2 years ago and I knew it was good 😃. Now let's open the bottle🎵It has a very fruity aroma with a hint of melon. It's mellow, deliciously sweet, and has a nice sharpness! I wouldn't recommend it to those who don't like sweet things, but for me, it's a hit and very good 😋.

Very full and gentle 😆 Delicious 😋 Not only the Honjozo but also the Junmai is excellent 😆 Great 😆. Gacky heated sake is on another level 😎! I have Aizan and Bessen in stock, but I'll have to consider buying a bottle of the Nakadori Honjozo 😄.

720ml ¥1,650 Afternoon rest 😆. Soak in the hot tub and start with Akahoshi 🎵 And then the Yuki no Bijin 💦 since last May. And here's a 2020 hiyaoroshi that's been sitting in the fridge for a long time 😅 finally available 😁. Smells like green apples 🍏! I was expecting it to be crisp and dry since it has a Sake meter of +9, but it was refreshingly round and umami 😃. This is delicious ❗ Not that of a +9, but a great success of home aging 😋.

750ml ¥2,090 Thank you again for a great week 😄. I was wondering what to drink tonight and I found a bottle of Sawaya Yumachi that was opened last night 😁. This is my first time to drink Saku and Omachi 😆. This one! All the flavors are just right, or rather perfectly balanced 💯 This is very good 😋. And Sawaya... I'm a balanced person, so Sawaya has a bit of acidity and is a bit hard to drink after the perfectly balanced Saku 💦, but on its own, it's nothing to worry about 😁.
