I'm going to heat it up so I'm just going to drink a little 😁.
First of all, the cold sake is delicious 😆 Perfect balance of sweetness, umami, spiciness, and acidity! The lingering sweetness is also wonderful 😀.
Then I'll have it heated up to 42°C 😃.
Oh, it's so easy to drink too 😊.
I love the gentle sweetness as the temperature gradually drops 😋.
