Tonight I'm drinking a bottle of Hiran Kagura Unfiltered Nama Sake😄. This is one of the most delicious Hiran I've ever had! The ginjo aroma is too gorgeous when you open the bottle! It smells like pineapple. Too bad the aroma disappeared in an instant! It looks a little cloudy. The mouthfeel is fresh and gassy. Mellow sweetness and umami spread when you drink it. Pear? At any rate, it's full of fruitiness The fresh juiciness is irresistible💕💕💕! When the temperature is not so cold, the fullness of the umami comes out and it is good. The bitterness brought out in the umami is gentle. The alcohol content is a pleasant 14 degrees. It is easy to drink, so it's not bad at all! I like it very much. I regret buying only one bottle 🥲🥲.

I bought this at Mori Sake Brewery on my last trip to Hirado! The president of the company was in charge of the cash register that day😆. He politely introduced us and told us that it tastes best chilled in a wine glass! Sweet and sour from the aroma Tastes like plum wine Slightly sticky texture A little sweet but not too sweet Slightly rice bran-like, but you can sense the grains and nuts that only low-polished rice can provide But still sweet 😃. Since I came all the way to Kumamoto🧸, I bought a bottle of Hana no Kaoru! We don't have many cherry blossoms in Taiwan, but let's drink them while they are in season 😆. I opened a bottle of Ding Bangai Origami to refresh my palate! The smell was so fruity and my favorite grape 🍇 smell! It has a slightly smooth mouthfeel with a gentle acidity and a pleasant umami taste. Is it dry? It's dry, but not that dry. The sweet aroma gives the illusion of sweetness on the tongue. The slight bitterness in the aftertaste finishes cleanly. If you leave it for a long time, the sweetness may increase the next day, but Very easy to drink and gone quickly 🫠. Chashu ramen - 700 yen Half fried rice 350yen No smell of pork bone inside and outside the restaurant The noodles are a little thicker than Hakata Ramen (Kurume type?). The soup is thick and rich with a sweet taste. It is unforgettable and addictive! The fried rice here is also great! Parapara and thickly seasoned! (I ate it in one bite and was very satisfied. Hitogokochi Junmai is my favorite of the entire Shinshu Kamerei lineup! Mild sweetness and full of umami! I used to buy it often because it tasted perfect and was inexpensive😄. I remember that in 2020, a bottle of Yongo was 1,400 yen including tax and a bottle of Ise was 2,500 yen! When the cute lady poured it for me I noticed that there was no sticker on the neck of the bottle that said "Unfiltered Nama Sake". This was from last summer 🤨. I was a little disappointed because I thought it was a new sake! The last day of our Kyushu trip We went to Kurokawa Onsen and around Stopped for a while near Oguni Town. There is a wonderful butcher store called "Iwanaga Honten"! There I bought a delicious super-marbled horse sashimi! Conscientious price! Highly recommended! Kouei Kiku Tsukikage - Kumamoto Jinryoku 23.2 Manufactured by Kumamoto Seems to have been matured in a warehouse Sweet and sour, with a bit of a schwarziness. The taste is quite juicy and thick, but the citrus bitterness in the aftertaste is clean and dry. I've never had much sake brewing rice called "Jinriki" 🤔. It's pretty tasty 😄 There are many kinds of Koeikiku. I think it tastes like Koeikiku no matter which one you drink 😆. The picture is of the Oita Prefecture Chojabaru Road Map and Ramune Hot Springs. Ramune is 💦. Yes, like dipped in soda. The amount of bubbles that stick to your body is amazing! However, the water temperature is low and it feels a little cold to enter in winter 🥶. I recommend alternating with the hot brown water in the indoor bath 🤗.

It's been a while since I've had Jikin! It's not often I get a chance to drink high-class sake, so I'm glad 😊. One sip and yummy 😆. The pineapple aroma is amazing 🍍. Fresh, juicy, sweet and delicious from the slightly slurpy mouthfeel. Sweet and a bit strong in flavor I love how easy it is to drink like a fruit juice: ❤️ It has a nice clean and slightly bitter aftertaste. Passed by the fridge on my way to the restroom and noticed they have a lot of craft beers 🤔. I then ordered the Space ✕ Cloudwater collaboration beer! Massively hopped. Explosive tropical fruit flavors 🤤🤤. Thanks for the chance encounter 🥳.
