When I went to Kumamoto, I took a wrong turn on the way to Minamiaso.
I went into the parking lot of a store and decided to turn around.
There was a sign that said "No passing through" 😆😆😆😆.
I looked at the sign of the store and saw that this was the same liquor shop I visited last January 😱😱😱😱.
It was fate that brought me here 😆😆 I decided to pull over and take a look.
The result was I walked out of the store with this nigori, 4 bottles of sake and a bag of dried firefly squid 😆😆😆.
Winter somehow makes me want to drink nigori.
I can't help it 🫠.
There was a warning about opening the bottle, but I opened it quietly without blowing!
The amount of nigori is unbelievable!
It's creamy and super thick ‼️, like a soft, smooth, doburoku!
The gasiness is just right.
The taste is dry and refreshing with a hint of sourness.
The snack was "Tonsoku no Tororo ni Nimin" (Slowly simmered pork feet) by Marukyoshokusan, a food company in Sasebo, Japan.
Pork feet simmered in a light broth and pulled together.
Warmed up, it was delicious!

I am looking forward to seeing when it will be posted on SAKEWANE! tomoさんThis is the nigori of Kenkunichi. It is the first sake made from Sasanishiki.
The supernatant has a refreshing sweet and sour taste followed by a bitterness that cuts through. It also has a piquant, faint gasiness. It's delicious.
When you mix ori, the sweetness and flavor increase. But the refreshing taste is still there. This is also delicious.
It's completely different from the impression I had of the previous Kon-kunichi. I like both of them, but I like the special feeling of only being able to drink them at this time of year. It's a great sake with a good price.

Our milestone sake is a special junmai from Tasake.
It's a very famous brand, so you probably know what it tastes like.
It's been 21 years since I first encountered this sake. I can say that drinking it got me hooked on sake, so it's a special sake for me. It's hard to find these days, but it's always delicious. hondatomo, good evening😊.

The aroma is totally sparkling wine! The sweetness is subdued, and the acidity and bitterness are distinctive. You can feel the bitterness more than the normal Flax Cat. I've written a lot about it, but I think it's such a good sake that I think it's the perfect form of sparkling sake. The technology used to make this kind of sake is amazing. And it's great that you can buy it at a price you can normally drink.
