I saw "Futo" 🐰🐰's Yamadanishiki 55 light nigori on the menu and remembered having had the Yamadanishiki 65 nigori version before, so I wanted to compare the two 🤓.

The aroma is modest and a little banana-like.
Fresh and juicy with a slight sweetness and sourness.
The rice flavor gradually emerges.
There is a slight bitterness and astringency in the aftertaste, and it is delicious to finish 😋.
