This is the first time I've had sake made with this rice 😚.
I've never heard of Tamaei outside of Tottori, but it's from Shiga!
Fruity sweet and sour aroma.
Shwashy and creamy with a great rice flavor💕.
Not too sweet and dry when the lees are involved
Delicious fresh bitterness from the raw sake at the end 😄.
