Kyushu Trip No. 11
I don't drink aged sake because I don't like the smell of aging.
I ordered this ice-cold aged sake because of my poor eyesight 😆.
The result was totally unexpected 😱.
Slightly bubbly on the tongue even though it's ice-aged.
I don't really feel the sense of aging.
The aroma is also easy to drink without the characteristic old sake feeling.
Fruity apple taste from sweetness and acidity
Roundness and a little viscosity
It has a freshness, but also has a nice umami flavor.
I think you can enjoy this sake by itself without any other ingredients.
Good with strong flavored food 👌
Teppanyaki horse hormone, horse sashimi, horse liver sashimi, and more!
The taste that even the people of Kumamoto Prefecture can agree on 🐴.
The drinks go very well 🎶.

Good morning, Manachie. ☀️
The epicenter was 200 km away from me.
Still it was a long tremor but I was safe 🫨.
For those of you living in Japan, you should also be alert for the Nankai Trough earthquake 🧐🗾.

Hello, Pon.
Thank you for your concern.
There have been a lot of earthquakes lately, so we can't afford to lose our heads.
Let's be careful💦.
