Bottle #104. I bought it on impulse thinking it was Beau Michell 🍊 Orange 🍊 ✨I had a strong image of refreshing and sour series, so I expected it to have a sour aroma when I opened the bottle... but when I took a sip, it tasted like apricot syrup. I thought it tasted like a Kijoshu, and when I looked it up it turned out to be a Kijoshu 🤣🤣🤣 but it's been a while since I've had it, and it's delicious.

103rd bottle. Black bottle with red label, super limited series that only comes out once a year, so I got Hatsukangiku 👌All the balance is good 👌It's been a while since I've had an unfiltered nama sake ✨The message on the label says something like ✨The existence that colors the long autumn nights as fantastically and gorgeously as the light of red "electric light chrysanthemums"...it also gives me a great image. Nice words. The concept comment and the sake 🍶 work.

The 102nd one Stable Mimurosugi✨. A mellow and calm sake that is typical of hiyaoroshi sake 🍶 The purple🟣 label has a nice design with the gold Mimurosugi. Halloween colors🎃👻🎃👻The sweetness is the main taste, but the sourness is also accentuated, making you feel still and relaxed after drinking🫠🫠.

101st bottle Sentori start 🍁 also a new bottle for a new beginning 🍁. The color of the sake itself is light orange🍊, but the taste is slightly sweet like melon🍈. While Akatonbo was more refreshing with a hint of sourness, this one has a more mussel-like taste. I guess it was a new challenge for them to collaborate with UNITED ARROWS. I️ know there is still some influence of Corona, but I️ would like to take this opportunity to introduce Japanese sake to tourists from abroad.

The 100th one 🎉Memorable 100th bottle of Senkou 🍁Akatombo🌆🎉! It has a fresh apple aroma and a sourness that is typical of Sentori on the nose. It does not have a heavy weight that lingers on the bottom, but the taste of rice comes through the throat and leaves a lingering impression on the nose. It is a wonderful sake, and I believe that SENKYO's sake is in the "SENKYO" genre. Thanks to the brewer for offering us many variations throughout the year, I want to keep drinking it 😁✨.

The 99th one. MOUNTAIN🗻🏔️🏔️Slightly out of season. Sweetness is refreshing and the rice flavor is very deep. Also, the gasiness is quite strong and drinkable ‼️It has a perfect aftertaste in the mouth👌I couldn't buy it last year so I was warming it up in the fridge looking forward to it after I bought it 😂.

98th bottle. I found a 🍁🍁 autumn colored sake 🍶 and bought it on impulse 😆😆. The color of the bottle may have been the reason for the sweetness and tartness of the citrus 🍊 that spreads in the mouth along with the carbonation. The alcohol content of 6 degrees makes it easy to drink.

96th bottle ⚫️🐲The king of junmai ginjo sake🐉🔴. No fruity feeling, dry taste. The alcohol taste is not bothersome at all, and it has a good mouthfeel. It was a great sake for fish dishes, especially sashimi👍.

The 94th one Nono-san" means "Kannon-sama" in the dialect of the Tajima region of Hyogo Prefecture. The clerk at the store recommended it to me and I️purchased it and it was as good as its reputation 😋 It had a fruity aroma like apple🍎. The taste is strong. I drank a little bit of it and enjoyed it slowly.

The 90th one. ☃️Summer Snow Fantasy🏝. It's easy to drink at 9 alcohol by volume and has a great balance of sourness, citrus fruity 🍋🍊, calpis taste, and a touch of schwarziness that is truly amazing 🫢. I can finish a bottle in one day. The label is also stylish summer✨.

89th bottle 🌈Finally, I got the Senkou beetle I've been longing for 🌈! I was so excited to be able to catch this rainbow-colored beetle 🤣🤣🤣I was wondering where I could get it every time I received reports of Kabutomushi in the last year, and this year I went to my favorite store the day after it was released and was told that the first shipment was sold out, so I gave up hope of getting it again this year. I was so happy when I found it ☀️The aroma is quite strong with a strong sense of rice, but the taste is not heavy at all and the acidity is very effective.

The 88th one It's 🏖summer🍧it's the sea🏄♂️Doburoku🏝! In this heat wave like midsummer 💦, we toast with a cold doburokku. I tried to open the lid carefully for 20 minutes, but it still wouldn't open. In the meantime, the fermented aroma of beer 🍺? In the meantime, the fermented aroma of beer 🍺 or something like it lured me in again and again. 87th bottle When it was hard to find sake in Kanagawa, I happened to come across this ministry and got it. The same Tombo Sparkling has red, pink, and green labels in addition to blue. It was also lucky that it was sold in small bottles. It has a nice sweet rice flavor with a nice carbonation that makes it very drinkable! A sparkling ministry that blows away the summer heat!

Bottle #86. This is a 🧊summer sake that can be chilled to 🧊skinny🧊 and drunk in gulps ☀️It looks more like a water slider than the ocean. The balance of the intensity of flavor and acidity is outstanding, and Mutsu Hachisen is a very good sake brewer. The taste is unique to ginjo-shu and the green apple and a little bit of pineapple that keeps flooding into your mouth makes it a very fruity sake👍.

The 85th one ☃️Sequel to Koei Kiku 🌙 I had never had a lid fly off on a sake that I was careful to open, so I thought I was overreacting and was caught off guard 💦I stirred up the oli that had settled at the bottom and when I opened the bottle, the lid flew off with a bang 🍾🚀🚀I was looking straight up when I opened it and it was OUT! It was a 🤛 kind of case. Compared to the Halcyon, this one tastes bitter and refreshing. I don't think there is any acidity. I'm looking forward to the next Koei Chrysanthemum ✨
