92nd bottle Junmai Ginjo for the first time in a long time. And I finally found my long-sought after sake from Saitama 🍶Sairai and Kahayo, which I didn't get to see very often ☺️Solid rice aroma and the sweetest, juiciest 🍏 taste I've had in a long time ✨.

The 90th one. ☃️Summer Snow Fantasy🏝. It's easy to drink at 9 alcohol by volume and has a great balance of sourness, citrus fruity 🍋🍊, calpis taste, and a touch of schwarziness that is truly amazing 🫢. I can finish a bottle in one day. The label is also stylish summer✨.

89th bottle 🌈Finally, I got the Senkou beetle I've been longing for 🌈! I was so excited to be able to catch this rainbow-colored beetle 🤣🤣🤣I was wondering where I could get it every time I received reports of Kabutomushi in the last year, and this year I went to my favorite store the day after it was released and was told that the first shipment was sold out, so I gave up hope of getting it again this year. I was so happy when I found it ☀️The aroma is quite strong with a strong sense of rice, but the taste is not heavy at all and the acidity is very effective.

The 88th one It's 🏖summer🍧it's the sea🏄♂️Doburoku🏝! In this heat wave like midsummer 💦, we toast with a cold doburokku. I tried to open the lid carefully for 20 minutes, but it still wouldn't open. 87th bottle When it was hard to find sake in Kanagawa, I happened to come across this ministry and got it. The same Tombo Sparkling has red, pink, and green labels in addition to blue. It was also lucky that it was sold in small bottles. It has a nice sweet rice flavor with a nice carbonation that makes it very drinkable! A sparkling ministry that blows away the summer heat!

Bottle #86. This is a 🧊summer sake that can be chilled to 🧊skinny🧊 and drunk in gulps ☀️It looks more like a water slider than the ocean. The balance of the intensity of flavor and acidity is outstanding, and Mutsu Hachisen is a very good sake brewer. The taste is unique to ginjo-shu and the green apple and a little bit of pineapple that keeps flooding into your mouth makes it a very fruity sake👍.

The 85th one ☃️Sequel to Koei Kiku 🌙 I had never had a lid fly off on a sake that I was careful to open, so I thought I was overreacting and was caught off guard 💦I stirred up the oli that had settled at the bottom and when I opened the bottle, the lid flew off with a bang 🍾🚀🚀I was looking straight up when I opened it and it was OUT! It was a 🤛 kind of case. Compared to the Halcyon, this one tastes bitter and refreshing. I don't think there is any acidity. I'm looking forward to the next Koei Chrysanthemum ✨

84th bottle 🔵Get the limited distribution in Niigata Prefecture✨🔵. This is THE blue sake that kicks off the hot summer 🍶. It has a freshness that is typical of nama-zake 👍It is quite strong, so it goes well with strong dishes. I'd like to try many more from the Takachiyo series.

83rd bottle Enjoying 🏖🏖 summer sake one after another 🏝🏝🏝. The label is cool ‼️and as expected of Mimuro cedar 👏. It's thick ‼︎sour ‼︎sweet ‼︎delicious ‼︎everything is so clear. It's so rich that even if you put ice 🧊 in it, it doesn't dilute the flavor at all, and it's great on the rocks. Last year it was sold out and I missed out on buying it, but this year I got the summer sake I was longing for and I'm very happy👍.

82nd bottle Harujion ️ in honor of the summer sake season! The pale yellow 🟡 and green 🟢 label is stylish and the delicate taste makes it a unique sake👍I can't think of any other sake that tastes like it💦I haven't had any other Koei Kiku yet but it's delicious with a sour taste. My favorite type of sake 🍶Koei Kiku, keep up the good work☺️.

81st bottle. 🌳🪵Mori Kozo Sake🍶🪵🌳. Whether it smells like forest or not, it is still delicious 😋. I've been a fan since I drank the Junmai Ginjo last year and I was like ⁈What's this? But it is certainly a one and only sake. I want it again👌buy it again👍

The 80th one. 🌤🔵NATSUMO⚪️🌤 It's juicy, smooth, sweet and has a bit of acidity. The label is like "THE summer ministry" and it is already the season for summer sake. It is not bitter or alcoholic at all and is very easy to drink 🍶.

79th bottle. 🦁🦁 Carnivorous Junmai Sake 🍖🍖🍖. The lion art on the label was so cool that I couldn't help but pick it up, but I'm sorry to say that I had never heard of this brand before 💦It's from the Concept Workers Selection series, and the words on the back of the label, "Taste with your senses, not your head", impressed me and I really wanted to try it ✨It's apparently a raw sake! It's a dry sake with a smooth, gaseous texture and a sake strength of +10, but it's also very tasty on the palate, with a rich sweetness and a strong rice flavor that's as fierce as a lion's. I'm sure it won't be overpowered by meat dishes. It is certainly as good with meat dishes. I am very happy to have found this sake 🍶😊.

78th one. Bendiciones para este mundo maravoso! (Spanish for "Bendiciones para este mundo maravoso!") I guess the title is a wish for the world today. I guess the title is a wish for the world today. 77th one. GEEEET 🏖🏖 finally 🏝🏝🏝. Last year it was already sold out, so this year I bought it on the day it arrived. I don't have to tell you how cool the label is, and the blue letters are so cool👍Washi? I'm sure it's not the same as the autumn, winter, and spring sakes, but it's a refreshing taste for the first time in a long time. 75th bottle I enjoyed the wine yeast brewed Tsurukame the last time I drank it, so this time I found an unfiltered nama-shu and bought it ✨. The aroma is not so strong, but it has a mild sweetness that is typical of nama-shu. I don't know if it's because it's unfiltered or not, but it has the flavor of wine🍷 or wheat beer🍺❓ through the nose ‼️🤧.

73rd bottle 🌸Koko no Harusake🌸 Great, I really like this sake 🍶After opening the bottle, the fruity aroma spreads and the sweetness and petit carbonation come out in full force in the mouth.
