Popular sake brewery's naming sense👍.
I wonder if the rice malt is effective, the sweetness and sourness are a perfect match. Delicious 😋.

🌃Sweet sake 🍶 recommended by the shopkeeper
Purchased at a souvenir shop near Tsurugajo Castle. I was so glad I bought this bottle because I really liked the taste. The picture on the label is also attractive.

The aroma is strong and the taste is rich. It is the first honjozo in a long time. It was labeled as "dry" but maybe not that dry. The sake that is not Romain is also 👍.

🍁Warm and soft label like an autumn sunset🌇.
It's a bit like hiya oroshi, but it's autumn. It has a sweetness that soaks into the tongue and a slight petitiveness. Kangiku wonderful ‼︎

🌸unseasonal cherry blossoms🌸
Junmai Ginjo🍶 with a 50% polished rice ratio🍶It's labeled as a sweet max, but when you drink it, it's dry and sour. It is smooth and sour. The aroma in the nose is nostalgic, but I can't remember what it tastes like.

🧜♀️Summer came and went🏝️
It has a sour taste like grapefruit, then more sweet and sour like muscat. The picture on the label is also impressive and I heard they have some goodies like floats 🛟. No hassle for Daimine👍.

What is this 💈💈⁉️💇?
First of all, good label design 👍good naming sense 👍👍good taste 👍👍👍looks like strawberry milk🍓🥛droopy liquor. Sweet aroma. But the taste is a little lighter than normal nigori sake. It has a refreshing aftertaste with pink grapefruit-like acidity and bitterness. This Hachimanagawa sake brewer puts a lot of effort into nigori sake.

Tasty 🔑😋🔑🔑.
I found it to be my favorite since I drank a little of it at Ponchukan in Niigata and finally got it🤜It has a strong aroma like grape🍇, strong acidity like grape and fruity full-flavored sweetness✨It is easy to drink because it is a little low at 12😋‼️

✨Purchased after watching ✨SakeLabo-Chan ✨.
🍎A Japanese sake brewed with a yeast rich in apple🍏 acid🍶 and it tastes exactly like it should. It has a clear acidity, just a little gasiness, and a fruity but sweet taste of rice. Doki-Doki" is a phrase that came to the brewer's mind when he thought of summer ☀️ and has no particular meaning...nice 👍Please continue to make sake with that free thinking. ‼️Good luck in Akita. ‼️
