113th bottle
🍇🍇 wine yeast 🐢🍷
It is called nigori (nigori sake), but it looks like orikarami.
It is mainly sweet, has a unique aroma and taste, and is very light. ‼︎
112th bottle.
The fourth 🌫️🌨️nigori sake 🌨️🌫️
YUKIMO☃️There are a lot of cages. I think the taste is very strong like the snow that is falling. It can be drunk deep and slowly. The Izumo Fuji cloud☁️series is pretty good‼️I love the naming!
111th bottle
The third bottle of 🌅🎍 nigori sake 🐰🐰
I finally found it when there were only a few bottles left 🐰🐰🥹The lid flew off when I opened the bottle and at the same time the aroma of rice, which is typical of sake, jumped out ‼️I can feel the sweetness of rice in a big way and it also has a hint of grape 🍇 flavor. Personally, I like Yuki-Onna, but I think Winter no Otoshi is a good name that reminds me of the season more. I'm going to go back to the ministry this winter.
110th bottle.
The bottle is a beautiful lapis lazuli color with a cool kanji (Chinese characters) for "Jinzo" (🟢). The white paper covering the bottle also has the name "Jinzo" and the shape of the bottle floating on it, making it a very visually pleasing sake 🍶.
109th bottle.
⚪️🇫🇮🧑🎄The second nigori sake 🎄🎅⚪️
It's a crisp nigori sake without much sweetness 🍶🍶and the aroma and taste is not so much rice-like, but more like a mysterious aroma and taste⁉️That mystery keeps you going from one cup to the next.
108th bottle
⚪️☃️The first bottle of nigori sake ❄️⚪️
Delicious ‼︎Balanced ‼︎I bought a lot of nigori sake this winter as well, following the trend of nigori sake. The label is also made of Japanese paper? I feel they are particular about using Japanese paper for the label. The gasiness, sweetness, acidity, sharpness, and lingering aroma on the tongue, all seem to be in great harmony.
107th bottle.
🌻Sunflower yeast? I thought 🌻 and bought it, even though it is out of season.
There are many other intriguing yeasts such as "Sakura Yeast", "Cosmos Yeast", and "Tsubaki Yeast". But, well, it was a dry sake with a strong alcohol taste and not much sweetness from the rice. It may not have any other characteristics...
106th run
❄️❄️The silvery white Kujukuri☃️☃️☃️
Thanks for making a sake that you can meet once a year with the message on the back label "The sea of Kujukuri dyed with snow that may or may not fall once a year" ‼️It's dark, well carbonated, and has a long bitter taste.
Bottle #105.
This acidity, after all, is only Koei Kiku🎑 Unfiltered Nama Sake, and it fills the mouth with a solid flavor, acidity, and a sense of freshness. Koei Kiku has good use of color on all their labels, cool 👍👍.
Bottle #104.
I bought it on impulse thinking it was Beau Michell 🍊 Orange 🍊 ✨I had a strong image of refreshing and sour series, so I expected it to have a sour aroma when I opened the bottle... but when I took a sip, it tasted like apricot syrup. I thought it tasted like a Kijoshu, and when I looked it up it turned out to be a Kijoshu 🤣🤣🤣 but it's been a while since I've had it, and it's delicious.
103rd bottle.
Black bottle with red label, super limited series that only comes out once a year, so I got Hatsukangiku 👌All the balance is good 👌It's been a while since I've had an unfiltered nama sake ✨The message on the label says something like ✨The existence that colors the long autumn nights as fantastically and gorgeously as the light of red "electric light chrysanthemums"...it also gives me a great image. Nice words. The concept comment and the sake 🍶 work.
The 102nd one
Stable Mimurosugi✨.
A mellow and calm sake that is typical of hiyaoroshi sake 🍶 The purple🟣 label has a nice design with the gold Mimurosugi. Halloween colors🎃👻🎃👻The sweetness is the main taste, but the sourness is also accentuated, making you feel still and relaxed after drinking🫠🫠.
101st bottle
Sentori start 🍁 also a new bottle for a new beginning 🍁.
The color of the sake itself is light orange🍊, but the taste is slightly sweet like melon🍈. While Akatonbo was more refreshing with a hint of sourness, this one has a more mussel-like taste. I guess it was a new challenge for them to collaborate with UNITED ARROWS. I️ know there is still some influence of Corona, but I️ would like to take this opportunity to introduce Japanese sake to tourists from abroad.
The 100th one
🎉Memorable 100th bottle of Senkou 🍁Akatombo🌆🎉!
It has a fresh apple aroma and a sourness that is typical of Sentori on the nose. It does not have a heavy weight that lingers on the bottom, but the taste of rice comes through the throat and leaves a lingering impression on the nose. It is a wonderful sake, and I believe that SENKYO's sake is in the "SENKYO" genre. Thanks to the brewer for offering us many variations throughout the year, I want to keep drinking it 😁✨.
Mr. J Good evening ^ ^
Congratulations on your 100 check-ins 🎉.
I haven't drank Senkou this year as I've been holding off on seasonal sake, but it's delicious ☺️.
I'm also interested in the UA Momiji that's coming out next 😁.
Mr. J. Conveyor of the 🎊Congrats on your 100in!
Congratulations on 🎊100in🎉!
Red dragonflies, I haven't met them yet....
A cute dragonfly perfect for autumnʚïɞ.-*¨*-. ¸¸ ♫
Good morning, J 😃.
Congratulations on your 100 check-ins ㊗️🎊🎉.
It's on standby in our fridge and I'm looking forward to opening it after reading your review 😊.
J, congratulations on your 100 check-ins🎊㊗️I have the impression that Sentori's Red Dragonfly was light but with a solid acidity😋.
Once you get hooked on this series, you'll never be able to get out of the sake 🍶 swamp 🤣.
J, congratulations on your 100 check-ins 🎉👏🎊🎊I love the number with the seasonal red dragonfly 👍Senkou comes out with labels associated with the four seasons, so you'll want to complete your collection ❗Have a good sake life from now on ❗
Congratulations on your 100 checks, J🎉.
I'm so happy to hear that your number is associated with the season.
And with a red dragonfly that looks great.
I like it 😊.
I'll keep checking back for more reviews 🤗.
The 99th one.
MOUNTAIN🗻🏔️🏔️Slightly out of season.
Sweetness is refreshing and the rice flavor is very deep. Also, the gasiness is quite strong and drinkable ‼️It has a perfect aftertaste in the mouth👌I couldn't buy it last year so I was warming it up in the fridge looking forward to it after I bought it 😂.
98th bottle.
I found a 🍁🍁 autumn colored sake 🍶 and bought it on impulse 😆😆.
The color of the bottle may have been the reason for the sweetness and tartness of the citrus 🍊 that spreads in the mouth along with the carbonation. The alcohol content of 6 degrees makes it easy to drink.
96th bottle
⚫️🐲The king of junmai ginjo sake🐉🔴.
No fruity feeling, dry taste.
The alcohol taste is not bothersome at all, and it has a good mouthfeel.
It was a great sake for fish dishes, especially sashimi👍.
95th bottle
Juicy sake freshly squeezed from summer brewing 🍶.
Fruity aroma like the lychee on the label and a robust flavor that is typical of a fresh sake. It has a sweetness like eating fresh fruit and a slight sourness that makes you think it is a fruit sake.
The 94th one
Nono-san" means "Kannon-sama" in the dialect of the Tajima region of Hyogo Prefecture. The clerk at the store recommended it to me and I️purchased it and it was as good as its reputation 😋 It had a fruity aroma like apple🍎. The taste is strong. I drank a little bit of it and enjoyed it slowly.
