124th bottle. A bottle to set sail for 🚢 summer: 🛳️ The cool color of the label reminds me that summer will be here soon. It has a fruity aroma, but the acidity seems to be suppressed. It is easy to drink despite its strong flavor.

123rd bottle. 🍫Tasty 😋 drinking chocolate 🍫. I like the idea of it being a liqueur because of the chocolate in it 👍It has a strong chocolatey taste, but it also has a hint of sake flavor, which is great. I wonder if it can be enjoyed hot 🤔I hope they will release more and more sake with interesting ideas like this ✨

122nd one. 🇹🇷🌍Peace in the World‼︎🌍🇸🇾 Last year's theme was STOP WAR, but this year's theme is Hope for Turkey and Syria, which suffered a major earthquake, and I learned for the first time that a portion of the proceeds from Hope sales are being donated to UNICEF. I think it is a wonderful activity. The taste is also easy to drink with a sourness that is typical of Sengoku 🍶.

121st bottle 🍀🍀Fresh green sake🌙 This bottle and label really seems to describe the taste. It has a sourness like 🍏 green apple like pear🍐 and kiwi🥝. Great clear and refreshing acidity without too much sweetness. ‼︎

119th bottle. 🍾Corked Sake 🍾. This is the first time I popped the cork on a sake. The bottle and the label are stylish 🥂🍷🍷The bottle has a citrusy aroma with a hint of sourness right after opening 🍊I put my nose close to it and it has a strong rice aroma 🍚The taste is elegant, not too sweet and not too spicy. I wonder if it is the unique taste of the sake yeast yeast yeast.

114th bottle 🐳🐋 clear sake 🐻❄️🦭🐧 Right after opening the bottle, it smells like pineapple🍍, which I haven't had in a long time, and has a light cloudy rice flavor with moderate acidity. Easy to drink‼️It's very easy to drink‼️The label looks like it's summery🐠🐠This week was so cold that the water pipes froze, but we managed to endure it, so here's to our reward 🍶.

112th bottle. The fourth 🌫️🌨️nigori sake 🌨️🌫️ YUKIMO☃️There are a lot of cages. I think the taste is very strong like the snow that is falling. It can be drunk deep and slowly. The Izumo Fuji cloud☁️series is pretty good‼️I love the naming!

111th bottle The third bottle of 🌅🎍 nigori sake 🐰🐰 I finally found it when there were only a few bottles left 🐰🐰🥹The lid flew off when I opened the bottle and at the same time the aroma of rice, which is typical of sake, jumped out ‼️I can feel the sweetness of rice in a big way and it also has a hint of grape 🍇 flavor. Personally, I like Yuki-Onna, but I think Winter no Otoshi is a good name that reminds me of the season more. I'm going to go back to the ministry this winter.

110th bottle. The bottle is a beautiful lapis lazuli color with a cool kanji (Chinese characters) for "Jinzo" (🟢). The white paper covering the bottle also has the name "Jinzo" and the shape of the bottle floating on it, making it a very visually pleasing sake 🍶.

108th bottle ⚪️☃️The first bottle of nigori sake ❄️⚪️ Delicious ‼︎Balanced ‼︎I bought a lot of nigori sake this winter as well, following the trend of nigori sake. The label is also made of Japanese paper? I feel they are particular about using Japanese paper for the label. The gasiness, sweetness, acidity, sharpness, and lingering aroma on the tongue, all seem to be in great harmony.

107th bottle. 🌻Sunflower yeast? I thought 🌻 and bought it, even though it is out of season. There are many other intriguing yeasts such as "Sakura Yeast", "Cosmos Yeast", and "Tsubaki Yeast". But, well, it was a dry sake with a strong alcohol taste and not much sweetness from the rice. It may not have any other characteristics...

106th run ❄️❄️The silvery white Kujukuri☃️☃️☃️ Thanks for making a sake that you can meet once a year with the message on the back label "The sea of Kujukuri dyed with snow that may or may not fall once a year" ‼️It's dark, well carbonated, and has a long bitter taste.

Bottle #105. This acidity, after all, is only Koei Kiku🎑 Unfiltered Nama Sake, and it fills the mouth with a solid flavor, acidity, and a sense of freshness. Koei Kiku has good use of color on all their labels, cool 👍👍.
