It has a fruity aroma, probably muscat. It is a strange sake with a sharp but fruity aroma. The bitterness is quite present, and the sharpness makes it pull away quickly.
As a whole, I would like to see more depth in the taste.
My child went to Nagasaki on a school trip. They made sponge cake and brought it back as a souvenir. It was very delicious 😄.

Hi ichiro, hello here too😃I guess there are many different kinds of bakuren, so they must have different tastes. I'm a clumsy son, but it was delicious. I haven't tried it with sponge cake. lol sponge cake is so popular that they ran out quickly 😄.
