The last New Year's Eve drink of the year was Tasake's Tokusyu 😄.
It was my first time to drink Akita Sake Komachichi and it is still fruity and delicious. It has a wonderful sharpness and a slight gassy feeling. As you drink it, the sweetness, umami, acidity and balance gradually improve 🍶Tasake 🍶Have a great new year everyone ☺️
