Last year we had clear sake, so this year we went for orikara and got it safely 😁.
I opened the bottle on Christmas Eve. I had dinner with my family on a weekday for the first time in several months.
On the first day, it was a bit hard and I wondered if it had this kind of taste, but from the second day, it blossomed🌹.
It is gorgeous and juicy with a moderate aroma but just the right amount of sweetness and flavor. ☺️
The third day was my favorite. The gasiness and bitterness were just right and it was still a delicious sake 😊.
