Glossy and smooth. Smooth mouthfeel, with a full flavor and acidity supporting each other. The volume of unfiltered! It's a great drink!
The more you drink, the more the sweeter the malted rice aroma and cocoa flavor spread, and the acidity accentuates the rich flavor, similar to that of bitter chocolate mixed with orange peel.

The rice used for this sake is Celebration and Kyo no Shinei 🤔Acid seems to be the key to matured sake. I was impatient to open it even though it was vintage specs, but it was a delicious sake with a mellow aroma and strong umami 🤭If you have a chance, please visit 💁🏻
