Of course the clear Jungin is good, but the Tokujun has its own merits: ☺️
The sweetness and umami spread out and the end is tightened up by the bitterness that is typical of Kibotsuru.
I also had it lukewarm.
I got the impression that the sweet and umami flavors are broadened and deepened.
It is also delicious heated. ☺️
