Timeline
ねむちHyogo, Kako-gun, Japan. King Brewing Co.
Inami Special Junmai
This was the only sake tasting at the Hyogo Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Festival held at Akashi Park's Sentamiza Lawn.
The other day, bouken-san drank the same sake.
I had it with cold sake.
The color is clear and slightly yellow.
The top aroma is gentle but a little sweet.
It is slightly fruity, but has a deep sweetness like dried fruits, a little caramelized and slightly nutty. The sweetness expands after swallowing.
The final taste is sour and bitter, with a rather refreshing aftertaste.
I heard that it is available at supermarkets in Hyogo Prefecture, but I probably wouldn't have bought it if it weren't for an event like this where I could sample it.
I like the taste more than I expected.
Ingredients:Rice (domestic), Rice Koji (domestic)
Rice used: 100% Yamadanishiki produced in Inamicho, Hyogo Prefecture
Polishing ratio: 60
Alcohol content: 15%. boukenI was wondering about the alcohol that Wakata and koge2 were drinking.
I found it on sale at a special price at a local supermarket and bought it!
I heard that Nemuchi also bought it, but I opened it first 😁.
Sake by King Brewery, famous for Hinode Mirin
I had a subtle impression of this sake in the past, but this one is fruity and refreshing.
This one is fruity, refreshing, and slightly sweet, and it seems to be popular with everyone. I think this taste is a winner for a sake that can be bought at a supermarket.
Well, among the sake you can buy at the supermarket. I'm just saying 🙄.
I think it's a decent tasting sake among King Brewery's sake (pardon the pun). ワカ太Today, I'm working on my day off and have two on-demand training sessions in the backlog, so I'm going to sit back and relax and watch videos alone 😭.
While I'm printing out the materials, I'm going to post the ones I forgot to post this summer 😅.
I'm sure it will be a special feature I forgot to give for a while😅
First, Inami, Hyogo.
I brought this for my husband's friend when we had a drink at home 🍶.
It was my first time to drink this brand. I took a sip while talking about how there are so many sake that I don't know about.
I could taste the graininess of the fragrance, but it was mellow and moderately sweet.
The mild acidity and bitterness are strong, with a mild aftertaste. Only when it goes down your throat does it hit you hard, but other than that, it was a gentle sake. ジェイ&ノビィGood evening, Wakata 😃.
Thanks for working on your day off 😌I sometimes secretly write 🤫sake no wa posts during meetings where I only listen 😁Today was your writing day 🤗. ワカ太Jay & Nobby, good evening 😃Oh, I know you all do that, it's probably a remote thing now 🤣.
Thanks to you, I can now leave my little bit of guilt behind 😄. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
