I got this alcohol through bartering with GW Jive 🙇. It is quite cloudy and fresh. Sweetness, umami, alu-ness, everything is strong and powerful. Slightly sweeter than the Junmai Ichiban Shibori I had before? Feels astringent in the second half. Definitely could be ginger gari-ish 🤔. I'm very thankful that they sell the hi-ire of snow kirara at KITTE, but I can't seem to buy the raw sake 🙏. Thanks for the food 😋.

My husband is trying to conquer all the sake breweries in Japan, and when he inquired about this brewery, he was recommended by the brewer as a good choice of fresh sake (though a bit expensive) for this time of the year. So there is such a thing depending on the time of year!

Year-end party, bring your own series 4, Hokuriku version. This is delicious. Japan and Hokuriku are very big. ［Sakahomare is an original sake rice developed by Fukui Prefecture. It is very rare to find because of its small production. For this occasion, I went to Fukui to buy it. Sakahomare seems to be used for daiginjo, and many of them are expensive. If you don't consider the cost, it is really delicious. It has a mild aroma and elegant rice flavor. It is like a good sake, and the second and third cups are always better. In Fukui, there is also rice for rice called "Ichihomare," which is also delicious.

I had the 2nd day off after the New Year, but I worked from the 3rd to the 6th, including the night shift. I also went home to my family, so I went to a hot spring to work out and had my annual drink at my parents' house 😁. Snow Kirara ARA-SHIBORI ［The top clear liquid.] Aroma of mellow rice flavor, fresh and smooth taste, sweetness, and a lingering aftertaste of freshness and alcohol, and finally bitterness on the tongue. ［Nigori] Aroma of rich rice aroma, mellow sweetness, and a refreshing aftertaste. The impactful taste is followed by a refreshing aftertaste, just like the people who received this as a gift, just like the "gari" (pickled ginger) in sushi 🤣. Once you get used to drinking it, the mellow sweetness is irresistible! So, what shall I do this year🤔? I have the urge to visit various places in Japan, and I've been encouraged by the people at the Kansai Sake-no-wa Off-line meeting, so I'm thinking vaguely about organizing an Off-line meeting in the Hokuriku block ✨. If you have any comments or opinions, I would appreciate it if you could let me know 😀. The 4th picture is the first crescent moon of the year seen through a break in the clouds 🌛.

Snow Kirara was a summer gift from a colleague. I have never had this sake before, but I thought the size, the font on the label, the color, and the total cuteness of the sake 🩷. It was very easy to drink in this summer heat👍.

Junmai from the first brewery It seems to be a classical junmai sake. It has the quality of a classic junmai sake. It has the fullness of rice, umami and a gentle mouthfeel. I feel like I'm drinking sake! It makes me feel happy 😊Sweet Aftertaste is like Gohyakumangoku Clear and crisp

Sake bartered with Mr. Jive. I am very grateful for sake that is not available in Kansai! Thank you 🙏. The name "Yukikirara" is so nice😍. Freshness and graininess. Bitterness like sweet summer. Some unique flavors. The second half of the bottle is quite strong, so it might be good to drink it on the rocks like you wrote 🤔. I've heard some reviewers describe it as "skinny" in their review of Ara-Shibori, but I think this one might be like skinny too 😳. I think it's a little easier to drink on the rocks. I have the impression that it's like a dry version of Ice Breaker because it doesn't get thin even with ice.

Opened April 20, 2024 Purchased at the brewery. Quickly, it has the acidity and freshness of a raw sake ❗️ sweetness with the warmth of gentle grains... The second half has a fruity bitterness... lychee, hakusaku 🍊... It's not so thick, so you can drink it neatly, very well-balanced sake 🍶.
