Local sake from Fukui. It has a refreshing and mild taste. It has a slight yellow tinge. It is a summer sake to drink on a hot day, chilled to a crisp.

Hatakeyama Sake Brewery is located in Imajo, an inn town in Minami-Echizen-cho, Nanjo-gun. Representative brands are Yuki Kirara and Hyakkibune.
◉Yuki Kirara Sakahomare Junmai Daiginjo
The flavor is citrusy, acidic, and slightly reminiscent of yogurt. It is quite likeable and delicious.
It is a small brewery with only three people working on it, but they will be awarded the Kura Master Platinum in 2023 for this sake.
When I drink Sakahomare, I often associate it with yogurt with citrus.

Snow Kirara has been bartered with Mr. Jive for a drink in the past.
Polishing ratio 40%, SakaHomare 15%, Sake degree +1, Acidity 1.8
3,630 yen
Beautiful and muscat-like.
I thought it was interesting to see the gap between the sake quality and that of the rough or first pressing 🤔.
I forgot to take a picture of it, so I borrowed it from Mr. Neemuchi.
Purchased directly from the brewery. It is a junmai sake, which means that the complex rice flavor comes first, followed by the bitterness of alcohol and a hint of sweetness.
I got this alcohol through bartering with GW Jive 🙇.
It is quite cloudy and fresh.
Sweetness, umami, alu-ness, everything is strong and powerful.
Slightly sweeter than the Junmai Ichiban Shibori I had before?
Feels astringent in the second half.
Definitely could be ginger gari-ish 🤔.
I'm very thankful that they sell the hi-ire of snow kirara at KITTE, but I can't seem to buy the raw sake 🙏.
Thanks for the food 😋.
It tasted sweeter and tastier on the third day than freshly opened!
Hello bouken!
Thank you for your review of "Yuki Kirara Ara Shibori" 🙇.
If I even get an endorsement from bouken, I guess I'm certified [gari] complete 🤣.
I will review the sake you gave me later 🥰.
Hello, Koyuki ☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀.
Thank you for purchasing our local sake "Snow Kirara" 🙇.
This is a bottle I've never seen myself 😲.
I'd like to chase up another spec as I only have "Arashibori" every year 🥰.
My husband is trying to conquer all the sake breweries in Japan, and when he inquired about this brewery, he was recommended by the brewer as a good choice of fresh sake (though a bit expensive) for this time of the year. So there is such a thing depending on the time of year!
Year-end party, bring your own series 4, Hokuriku version. This is delicious. Japan and Hokuriku are very big. [Sakahomare is an original sake rice developed by Fukui Prefecture. It is very rare to find because of its small production. For this occasion, I went to Fukui to buy it. Sakahomare seems to be used for daiginjo, and many of them are expensive.
If you don't consider the cost, it is really delicious. It has a mild aroma and elegant rice flavor. It is like a good sake, and the second and third cups are always better. In Fukui, there is also rice for rice called "Ichihomare," which is also delicious.
I had the 2nd day off after the New Year, but I worked from the 3rd to the 6th, including the night shift.
I also went home to my family, so I went to a hot spring to work out and had my annual drink at my parents' house 😁.
Snow Kirara ARA-SHIBORI
[The top clear liquid.]
Aroma of mellow rice flavor, fresh and smooth taste, sweetness, and a lingering aftertaste of freshness and alcohol, and finally bitterness on the tongue.
[Nigori]
Aroma of rich rice aroma, mellow sweetness, and a refreshing aftertaste.
The impactful taste is followed by a refreshing aftertaste, just like the people who received this as a gift, just like the "gari" (pickled ginger) in sushi 🤣.
Once you get used to drinking it, the mellow sweetness is irresistible!
So, what shall I do this year🤔?
I have the urge to visit various places in Japan, and I've been encouraged by the people at the Kansai Sake-no-wa Off-line meeting, so I'm thinking vaguely about organizing an Off-line meeting in the Hokuriku block ✨.
If you have any comments or opinions, I would appreciate it if you could let me know 😀.
The 4th picture is the first crescent moon of the year seen through a break in the clouds 🌛.
Hi Gyve, hi there.
Thanks for your work since the 3rd🍀.
Crescent moon viewing sake - beautiful 🌙.
And the local sake looks delicious as always✨.
Looks like it's going to be an increasingly active year for sake 🎵.
Looking forward to your posts 😊.
Mr. Jive Happy New Year 🎍 Sorry for the delay, but thank you for your support this year 🙇.
Thank you for your work. It's the annual Imasho sake 😍.
I look forward to your posts and offline meetings this year 😊.
Good morning, Jive 😃.
Snow Kirara, beautiful name and the typeface gives it a mellow feel ☺️ Definitely looks delicious 😋 Off-line meeting, as expected of you Jive to organize it 👍I wish I could have such an off-line meeting 🥰.
Happy New Year, Mr. Gyve 🎍🎍.
Thanks to Gyve's help, we were able to enjoy "Yukikirara" last year ❗The crisp flavor goes well with seafood and mountain food for New Year's Day ✨.
Good evening, Jive 😃.
Thanks for your work at the beginning of the year: 🙇♂️
I see what you mean by "gari" in sushi 🧐.
I think it has something in common with the process of drinking sake from the beginning to the aftertaste, and from the appetizer to the end of the meal 🍶.
Good evening, Gyve 😃.
Looks like you have been busy working since the beginning of the year 🥲Thanks for your time 😌Off-line meeting in Hokuriku! Nice 🤗 Actually if we were able to make the Hokuriku trip last year, I was thinking of asking everyone I know to join us! Looking forward to it 😊
Good morning, Mr. Jive 🐥.
I'm looking forward to meeting you in Hokuriku! It was one of my goals last year to visit you in other places, but it didn't happen 💦I'd like to join you if you do 😆More and more fun things to do 😊👍.
Good evening, ma-ki-.
I'm in the office almost every day during the New Year's holidays 😁.
I've been drinking sake since I wanted to feel the season in my workplace, which is not seasonal to begin with 🤣.
Happy New Year, Ao-chan 🌄 and I look forward to working with you in the new year ✨.
I've tried a lot of different sake after a year, so I got "Yuki Kirara" for a reset first 😋.
I would like to try other sake from Hatakeyama Sake Brewery.
Hi HinaHanaMama, good evening 🌛.
I just found out the other day about another prefectural sake called "Yukisarara" and I'm thinking of putting it together once 🤣.
It's fun to have a real drinking party with the people I'm interacting with through Sake no Wa 😁.
Good evening, Mr. King of Noodle Wine 🌛.
It's been a tough new year 😅
This "Yuki Kirara" goes well with food and is very easy to drink, but if you're on a roll, the 18% alcohol content will hit you at once 🤣.
Good evening shinsaku3!
I've had a few people drink it, but the impact of someone saying [gari] was so great that it's now a firm fixture 🤣.
It's a dish that gradually builds up expectations towards the main course, isn't it?
Good evening, Jay and Nobby 🌛.
I realized that I have a lot of work after New Year's until the end of the year, so I'll do my best ✨.
I was wondering if you could give me a chance to gather members for an offline meeting, so I thought I'd try it myself.
Hi Pon, good evening 🌛.
Off-line meetings in other areas sound like fun 😁.
I've always wanted to participate and I'd like to gather members in Hokuriku as well, so I'm thinking of preparing for it little by little this year ✨.
Hello bouken!
I know it's an annual thing, but I need some time to rest 😅.
There's quite a few "rough squeezed" cages in there 😁 it's getting even more garish 🤣.
Please contact me and I'll stock it for you ✨
Snow Kirara was a summer gift from a colleague.
I have never had this sake before, but I thought the size, the font on the label, the color, and the total cuteness of the sake 🩷.
It was very easy to drink in this summer heat👍.
Gyve, thank you here too 😊My coworker has been driving to Fukui 🚙Winter roughage, I imagine I'll like it too based on the power of this summer drink, so I'll definitely check it out👍.
Junmai from the first brewery
It seems to be a classical junmai sake.
It has the quality of a classic junmai sake.
It has the fullness of rice,
umami and a gentle mouthfeel.
I feel like I'm drinking sake!
It makes me feel happy 😊Sweet
Aftertaste is like Gohyakumangoku
Clear and crisp
