This time, I will have my beloved Hagi sake, Toyo Bijin's Sake Mirai, with a 7-Eleven lemon cake, which I bought quite a bit this summer, and Happy Turn plums as snacks 😋.
Now this Toyo Bijin, the aroma is peach 🍑 fruity peach 👍 juiciness comes in the first sip, then the sweetness of the rice fizzes out. The moderate aftertaste gives this sake a lightness. It is a perfectly balanced sake.
