Summer Vacation Hokkaido Souvenir Series ✨ Not only limited to sake breweries, but also limited to supermarkets & convenience stores in Kamikawa town, or tax-paying hometowns 😍! Wow 🩷 so delicious 😋 the taste and aroma of Kamikawa Taisetsu! Brings back happy summer vacations! I no longer miss ❣️ soul food or 😆 soul liquor? Now it's time to go to Kakugami Fisheries! So today, we have steamed hamaguri (clams) with sake and grilled squid. And the main dish is ramen 💖I had ramen (3rd picture) in Asahikawa during my summer vacation and was shocked by the delicious horse mackerel dashi soup ❣️The ramen I've never had before‼️ Just today there was a pile of soy horse mackerel on sale at Kakunoue so I tried the horse mackerel dashi ramen💪It turned out pretty well👍😋 Asahikawa is It tasted somewhat like broth from grilled horse mackerel? The taste of the broth from the raw horse mackerel was a little different, but the seafood broth was still rich and delicious. ‼️It was a full course of seafood 👏Hi, Kamikawa-san, I'm sure you can get along with any dish, but today was great, too. ⭐️If you prefer the delicate taste of steamed clams with sake, the rich taste of squid guts is better than that of steamed clams with sake. The rich taste of squid wata is more powerful than the delicate taste of steamed clams. ❣️ I'll consider buying more with my hometown tax money 🧐. We're closing out the Bon holidays with Mr. ‼️ Shuwashuwagata 💖. Cute label as always, last year it was stickers, but this year it is printed on the bottle 🥰 so keep it in the bottle with Mr. Beetle instead of the sake stamp book? I have to ❤️ Today, we had crab cream croquettes (the picture looks like an Inari, but it's a Kanikoro, lol) and Miyazaki charcoal firewood! LOL) and Miyazaki charcoal-grilled chicken😍This year's stag beetle is sweet and bitter with a puffed flavor. It went well with the Heinz ketchup (sweeter than Kagome's) from Kanikoro and the smoky aroma of the charcoal fire. ‼️ It was a marriage of subtle balance that just happened to come together. And for dessert, homemade brown sugar ice cream🍨 and sesame tuile😋. I used egg yolks for the ice cream and tuile for the egg whites, and as a byproduct, I think brown sugar with a mineral taste goes better with sake than regular granulated sugar 😍I also reduced the sweetness in the tuile and added salt and pepper. Salted caramel-like aim🧐Thanks for the happy banquet, which goes well with both dishes and sweets🥰Wagatakan🥰❣️ Impressions on the alcohol by itself are in charge of shinsaku3💕.

Only two days left of Obon vacation. Let's open a bottle of summer sake 🎆❗️ first time for Tenmei 🎉. I was thinking in the sun from the morning "Tonight - low alcohol - summer sake 🤣" as I accompanied my husband to his training session today 💪 in the hot sun from this morning. The Fireworks label Tenmei was as good as expected ⭐️ Not too sweet, not too spicy, not too sour and bitter, but not as light as cider, a proper summer sake, and goes well with food 🥰Thanks for the gorgeous label to uplift my hard day, it's perfect for today 💞! Special Chicken Tang, Seared Inari and a little light salad. I like black pepper, and the chicken with pepper went well with the Tenmei 😍The lemon doesn't spoil the aroma because it's not so acidic👍. And the seared rice cake! I just roasted the one I bought, but with a twist, it goes quite well with sake 🤭. It's dangerous to drink it too quickly because you think it's low in alcohol 🤭. 🤣 Impressions of the alcohol by itself are in charge of shinsaku3 💕.

I've never had a tasake like this before ❣️ impressed 💖. The bubble sensation is not like a fine shwash, but more like a large assertive bubbly jwah jwah jwah 😆. It's slightly sweet and spicy, light and delicious 🥰. I became addicted to shabu shabu at camp and tried it at home in a camping mood 🤣 it also goes great with ponzu ✨. We've been drinking a lot of rich and robust sake lately, so today's sake was very fresh and enjoyable with a light taste boosted by a juicy texture ✨✨It was delicious ✨✨❣️ Sake impressions by itself are the responsibility of shinsaku3💕.

We're back safe and sound with lots of limited edition sake from Hokkaido✨! After two days of rest during the trip, we will open a bottle of the souvenir today 😊🎉. However, I bought a pizza 🍕 today 🤭. I ordered PIZZA-LA for the first time.... Delicious 😋Lemon, fresh tomato slices, mozzarella, and some spices to go with the sake. ❣️ Which pizza place do you guys pair it with? I don't think I'd pair it with pizza 💦😉. Today's Otokoyama's brewery limited edition sake was said to be sweet. The aroma is already sweet and nice, with an aged sweet aroma like a noble rot wine. The texture is clearly thickened on the palate and has an intense sharpness when it spreads on the palate! It was a rich and tasty sake with a solid, hardy sake feel ✨ Hmmm...just like Otokoyama? Well, is it just the Otokoyama way? Anyway, it was delicious ‼️ For impressions of the sake by itself, shinsaku3 is in charge 💕.

From our campsite next to the Kamikawa Taisetsu Brewery, today we went all the way to Asahikawa to visit the breweries 🙌! We decided to try Sanzen Sakura's Aizan tonight, which is a direct-draft sake limited to the brewery's brewery only! We're so comfortable we've decided to stay an extra night 🤣. I love the taste of Aizan, not only gentle, not only mellow, not only sweet 🥰, Aizan was created by you 🥹! And tonight's barbecue menu to go with it is shabu-shabu with ponzu sauce 👍‼️ great, nice combination👍! We are expanding the area next to the Hokkaido Sake Brewery as we did yesterday 🤩 maybe tomorrow too ⁉️ Of the brewery's limited edition sake, we purchased the dry one today. Purchased meat and sushi for Asahikawa and cheese from Kamikawa Taisetsu brand to start the party 🎉. It has a crisp and dry taste, but the aroma and umami are packed in. The dryness is enhanced by wasabi and soy sauce 🥰. Impression of the sake by itself is in charge of shinsaku3💕.

On our way to Hokkaido for summer vacation, we stopped by Nanbu Bijin's sake brewery👍. Of course we got the sake that you can only buy at the brewery ‼️😊 Of course, we have a fridge in the car✨ The much talked about "Sake Mirai" is delicious! It's my favorite sake rice because I feel like it has a subtle sweetness, bitterness, and umami depth while everything is well balanced ❤️ Above all, it is the best party while barbecuing in the northern land. ‼️ It's an extraordinary experience in the cool summer breeze. Last year, when I visited Kamikawa Taisetsu Sake Brewery during my summer vacation trip, I found out that there was a tent site next to the brewery, so I came here this year ‼️2 to stay and drink ‼️ First we arrived and got a free tasting and a limited edition sake from the brewery👍open the bottle🎉. It's already delicious 🥰! We had it while barbecuing with Genghis Khan meat 😍🙌 Sake impressions by itself are in charge of shinsaku3💕.

This is a post from last week when we went to Akita prefecture for my husband's race 😊. Since we came all the way to Akita Prefecture, we decided to go enjoy some local sake: ❤️ We came to a famous restaurant with a Namahage performance 👹✨A wide selection of sake from Akita's sake breweries and a wide variety of local dishes ‼️ I regret not having enough liver at a time like this 😢! We forgot about our race fatigue, had our photo taken with Namahage-san, and enjoyed the delicious sake, food, and Akita Prefecture 🥰. I also went to see the Shinmasa Sake Brewery, where I was impressed by the "6"-chome 💖"Shinmasa-sama, may you win the lottery 🎯🙏".

I opened a bottle for the first time in a while after an unexpected day off from drinking 🎉. Tonight is the night to drink 💪 and went to Kadokami Gyorui to buy some sea bream sashimi! I made half of it kombujime ✨I boiled and soaked the eggplant that came from the garden💕. Long time no see Akabu, juicy good aroma 🥰Sweetness like grape🍇 spreads in the first bite and tightens up at the end ❤️Because it's Akabu 🙌 delicious 🙌 ‼️ It went well with sweet soy sauce and kelp broth 👍 I left half of it, so today is the second day and I'm going to try it with bongolevianco, summer vegetable ratatouille gratin, and grilled squid 😍. I had a relaxing drink at home with my husband for the first time in a long time! My husband's medical checkup results showed that his record for consecutive liver function A was broken ‼️, so we're drinking 🥰. Last week, my husband had a race in Akita prefecture, followed by a business trip to Miyazaki prefecture. I'll be drinking at home 💕. After the race, I stopped by a sake brewery in Iwate prefecture and brought this innocent 40 🥰 🥰 🥰 delicious 🥰 ‼️ what a perfect taste 😍 sweet, bitter, umami, sour, spicy, super balanced and quite firm👍 And I brought you from the south, Miyazaki Prefecture's famous charcoal grilled chicken 💕definitely delicious! I think this would go well with any sake, but today's solid 40 Mushrooms and the umami rich charcoal yakitori also go well together 😍. After all, it's been a while, so I bought some sashimi from Kakugami Gyorui and made my usual grilled cheese stuffed with miso with shishito peppers from my uncle in the field: ❤️ And one nice idea 💡 for our family 🤭. Ice cream maker utilization 🧊 to fulfill your desire to keep cold sake kin forever 🧊If you have a sleeping ice cream maker, you should definitely try it: ‼️ (4th photo) I'm still behind on posting outside drinks, so I'll update later, I promise 💪. Today is my dog's 5th birthday🎊❤️ and he has a nice smile on his face being held by his daddy😍. We celebrated with lots of summer vegetables from the farmer on our walk, ham and tomato salad, pasta with fresh tomato sauce, shishito peppers stuffed with miso cheese, grilled chicken, and a bottle of Tochigi love. 🎀! Aikoku Sentori is delicious 💖I'll have to go buy the Houou Mita version 💪! I was so impressed with the grilled shishito stuffed with miso and cheese 💖. 8 sake lovers brought their own sake to drink 🎉! We brought two bottles of Hokkaido Tokachi rice sake to compare: Ginkaze and Kitashizuku Jundai ‼️ I liked the Ginku with its rich rice flavor 😍The top ranking sake for the wife is also Kangiku 💖I guess the best way is to be swamped together as a couple 🤭. It's been a while since I've had champagne, but it was refreshing 🥂. The 8 of us left about a third of the bottle and drank most of the rest, so we drank a lot 🤣The next day we tried to stay hydrated and took a serious rest day ⁉️ 🥰. It's fun to drink with other people and drink a variety of alcohol. ❗️ I still think I should offer to establish a "drinking club" 🧐.

Here's a post about a sake I had a while ago! I was so busy drinking our family's favorite sake, Seimasamune, that I failed to upload it 💦. Delicious 😍It has the same glutinous rice flavor as last year 🥰The test brew of Seimasamune that we drank before the festival carp was more sweet. This one also has a nice balance of sourness and bitterness❤️ raw power can also be felt. I gave it to a friend of mine who loves to drink, and she was very happy to hear that she drank it with her daughter at night, and that she had never tasted a sake with such a flavor before 🩷. Sake that connects people😍It's nice ‼️

A drinking buddy gave it to me as a gift 🙌🩷. I had received Toyo Bijin-sama at a Bijin no Kai and my friend, whose parents live in Yamaguchi Prefecture, bought it as a souvenir on her way back home 🥰. It's rich, sweet and delicious ‼️ and quite sweet, but it's also very robust 💖. Yamaguchi prefecture has good soy sauce and miso, and the sweetness has a strong masculine flavor😍. Today we have fried horse mackerel, low temperature cooked loin ham, edamame, soy milk tofu✨. The sweetness of the sake was delicious and didn't interfere with any of the dishes! But I'm sure there are better pairings that take advantage of the sweetness? I'm sure there are better pairings out there 🧐. Impressions of the sake by itself are in charge of shinsaku3💕.

Our family's guess Sei Masamune🩷. Test brewed this year with a new yeast from Nagano Prefecture! We have no choice but to try it! The lady at the store said it was low in alcohol and sweet. And she was right: ❤️ delicious 🙌! It's not too sweet, but has a spiciness and bitterness behind the sweetness that makes it a good mid-meal drink as well! Today, I was in a rush and had my usual menu: kalbi yakiniku, potato salad, and soy milk dashi tofu. And "makigai kimchi" 😍given to me by a sake lover 😍the harmony of the sweet and spicy flavor of kimchi and the sweet and spicy flavor of yakiniku sauce is exquisite 🥹I found that kimchi and sweet and savory sake go well together 👍. Packed sake, we are steadily drinking it 🩷. Since there was some Yanma Oumachi left over from the other day, we thought it would be a good idea to do a Oumachi drinking comparison as well 😍. The Kakufuda Sake has a sweet and delicious taste like a Daiginjo, with a low alcohol content but also a strong alcohol taste. Yanma Oumachi has almost no sweetness, so the complex bitterness is noticeable when compared. Both have a difference in sweetness, but the umami bitterness is characteristic of both! I guess this is Oumachi 😋 They are both delicious ‼️ I got a lot of salmon roe from my parents' house, so today's menu consisted of salmon roe and salmon oyako (salmon roe and salmon roe) 🩷Home-made shao mai and soy milk tofu, which I recently got into. I was not so sure if Omachi and salmon roe go well together 🧐, but the rice with plenty of salmon roe on it was so delicious that I was happy 🥰There are many more dishes that make the best use of Omachi's characteristics. ‼️
