Nagatoro visited the brewery about 3 years ago, soon after I moved to Saitama, to purchase sake. At that time, I was still inexperienced in the sake business (I was still a chick🐣 compared to the senior members of SAKEWA ‼️) and drank without really knowing what to choose 🧐. But ‼️ raw, raw sake, today's Nagatoro, which my drinking friend purchased at the brewery and delivered to me, is too delicious 🥰. Coincidentally, we went out to Kadokami Gyorui today! Sushi, conger eel tempura after having the conger eel filleted, chicken salad and pickles in salted rice bran. It was a no-fail Tuesday dinner, so the Nagatoro-sama we received was immediately opened 🎉. We also served Sake Kasu Cream Cheese in the second half of the party 🎵. We managed to get a bottle of Sentori 🤗. I wanted to open it as soon as possible because everyone was drinking it so deliciously 🎊. After 3 days of drinking at home 💓 and eating, I was wondering which one I should drink, so I opened a bottle of Retro Tono today🎉. What? I didn't expect the taste 🧐, but I guess that's what I get ✨. Today's menu, I tried to serve a variety of dishes with a little bit of protein. Beef roast beef, grilled chicken (with dekopon), pork miso soup with pickled Kurobuta pork, and grilled pickled arigata shrimps! I have never been able to find a satisfactory pairing of miso flavor and sake, but the miso was a strange match for this Retro Sentou: ‼️ Pork miso soup, and above all, the shrimp miso that came out of the shrimp 🤗When we grilled the shrimp, we put eringi mushrooms under the shrimp so the shrimp miso soaked in and made it taste like abalone 🥰It was a delicious accompaniment to the Retro Sentori 🙌❤️ Sake impressions by itself are in charge of shinsake3 💕

It's been a while since I've been to Hana Yuu 🌸It's a very spring-like atmosphere 😊. I made a version without tomato sauce to make a pizza that goes well with sake👍. Instead of tomato sauce, I used olive oil, salt and pepper, and for a kick, I added soaked spinach (white dashi, soy sauce, mirin) topped with a little Japanese soup stock. I also added a lot of ham and mozzarella, and finally, black pepper! It was quite a good pizza to go with sake 🤗. And then we had our regular menu of black vinegar salad and potato salad💓 and today we had yakiniku (grilled meat). ⭐︎ added chocolates for dessert 😍 lovely chocolates ‼️ It has sourness, bitterness, spiciness, and is unexpectedly suitable as a food wine 🥰The last time I had it in summer, it was fruity, but this time it has a bitterness that is more pronounced 🌸. It's fun to enjoy the changes in the same sake from year to year, and the image of the sake can change completely depending on the dishes to which it is paired 😍. For individual sake impressions, shinsake3 is in charge 💕.

I was looking forward to this day because it's the first time㊗️ Takashi's 🎊everyone is drinking very deliciously‼️ Anyway, we had our favorite & most successful chicken karaoke, Margherita pizza (it didn't turn out a bit nicely round 😥), our hydroponic salad, and I cold-smoked the pickled rice bran🥕 for about an hour! It's still nice to have one more push of aroma: ‼️ Low-al, well-balanced, and soft water? I feel young again 💓. The brewery recommended it for delicate Japanese cuisine, but I think it would also be a fun accompaniment to cozy home cooking😍. Yep, delicious 🥰. First time in a week for a couple to drink at home: ❤️ We returned from our trip home and had a long-awaited party at our house 💖. Souvenirs for my parents' home were "Yokoyama 7" and for my husband's family, of course, "Sogape-sama" from his father and son: ‼️ Today, Risshun morning pressed Houraizumi ✨Agata Ya❤️ received from my husband's parents' house. Of course the pairing would be sushi and fish‼️, so we immediately went to the market (Kadokami Gyorui). Sushi, conger eel tempura, gizzard tempura, and a freshly picked salad from our hydroponic garden with black vinegar dressing ✨and for dessert, a chestnut kinton haniue mochi🌰 from a friend in Aichi. The sake was a bit on the dry side for our tastes, but it went well with the conger eel tempura and sushi ‼️, and also strangely enough with sweets 🧐 mochi🟰 rice, chestnut astringency🟰 sake, is that it? I went to Tokushima prefecture yesterday and the day before! I bought some "Sachinoka" 🍓 strawberries from Tokushima, so I will have to open a bottle of Sairai-sama 🥰. And! It's cream cheese for 🍓🧀. And! Speaking of cream cheese, here's one made with Hanayou's sake lees: ‼️ Pairing strawberries with cream cheese and then pairing it with Sairai-sama, in other words, a multiplication of a multiplication of a multiplication‼️ is bound to be delicious 💖Hah~🥰! Today we had strawberry hors d'oeuvres, shrimp and mushroom ajillo, and a salad of garland chrysanthemum and lettuce. The main course was sautéed thinly sliced beef 💖 which was also very tasty👍. Hishiko 🌸 very tasty as the gentle label suggests 💕 Gentle, softly sweet, with a slightly mature astringency, it's so light and refreshing that it's hard to believe it's 16 degrees, it's so drinkable 🥰. And chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) to go with the gentle Hishiko 💕 shrimp 🦐 sunk 💦 oven-roasted chicken thigh and eringi mushrooms, pickled mini tomatoes 🍅. I made a quick change from the sake I was planning to make and went with Tsuru-sama's Nama-zake! We had a variety of ingredients in the fridge today, so I made this dish to enjoy a variety of flavors 🥰. I've had Kudokibe many times, but it was very rare to find fresh sake, so I bought it immediately: ❤️ I made a meatloaf, thinking that it would be more Western than Japanese, meat rather than fish, and minced meat rather than fish 🧐👍The oven is working great. I had some cod roe and Chinese cabbage at home, so I made mini cod roe pasta, and the Chinese cabbage salad with yuzu and sesame oil 😊. Tonight is a hot pot, so I thought surely this hardy Souhyo-sama would go well with it? I thought. Cold tofu soy sauce goes well with it! But my nabe today was white miso and barley miso with 🌶️ Chinese cabbage and pork, so I felt that the gentle sweetness of the nabe and Sohyo-sama's gusto of spiciness and clean, crisp, hard-edged atmosphere did not detract from the nabe at all💦. I should enjoy it at different temperatures with sushi, medium fatty tuna sashimi, and tako-wasa (octopus) 🩷. Well, there are days like this👍. Today's dinner menu was decided ahead of time, and we had the luxury of pairing drinks 💓. I bought sea bream ara, so I made a bouillabaisse, and then I unwrapped the sea bream meat and made croquettes. Stir-fried beef and turnip, cold tofu, and stir-fried green peppers. It was difficult with seafood, meat, and green peppers, but I decided on a new sake from Teisho, which I remember from a delicious pairing at a previous restaurant in a sake brewery! Well, the sake is definitely good, and it's okay if it fails 👍. Surprisingly, however, the Teimatsu was very sharp! I had a fresh fruity memory, but I guess I wasn't aware of it because I was pairing it with a restaurant meal. This sharpness did a very good job this time, and I felt that it reduced the bitterness of the green pepper, enhanced the flavor of the sesame oil and dashi, the green pepper reduced the spiciness of the Teisho and enhanced the umami, and enhanced the seafood and meat in the croquette and risotto, respectively. It is not a dry sake, but it is fruity yet has a rich umami flavor and also acts as a wash 🥰 It is really delicious! I wish everyone could drink it with all kinds of meals 😊. HinaHanaMama gave us a wonderful comment and we are both so touched and thankful 🥂 Cheers 🥰. I thought about the taste of Pink Nagi💓 imagining sweet potato potage, sweet potato sticks, spinach and chikuwa in Japanese soup stock, and for the main course, grilled beef with butter and black pepper 👍💖! The sweetness of the sweet potato is pink 🩷 calm 👏 something impressive 👏 ‼️ goes well with the flavor of butter! And when I had a conversation with HinaHanaMama in the comments about dessert at Pink🩷Nagi, she suggested "Sakura Mochi", so I made sure to prepare it 🌸😍! Hi 💓Of course it is the best marriage! The aroma of the sakura mochi, the sweetness of the sweet bean paste, and most importantly, the harmony of the salted sakura leaves, combined with the depth of sweetness and bitterness of the Nagi were exquisite 💖. (Of course I got two of the three sakura mochi 😋) Today was the first time I learned that there are both Kansai and Kanto styles of sakura mochi! A beautiful standing wine bottle that I haven't seen in a long time because it was born in a winery ✨. We're having a barbecue today, so it's on our modest balcony💕It's a nice afternoon sun with no wind😊. The aroma is alcoholic, reminiscent of wine, with a slight acidity and fruity astringency that goes well with the fat of the meat 😋. The dressing made with onion and rice malt, while matching the vegetables and meat, how well it went with Mr. Sogape 🥰. Ham with mustard and cream cheese is also a pairing ⭕️. Yesterday, our friends came to visit us and we had a fun party 🎉. Since it was a girls' party, we opened a bottle of our favorite wine, Princess Michiko with rose yeast🌹. It was 💕delicious~❣️ and even my friend who is usually a wine drinker loved it. ‼️ Hors d'oeuvres, many of which I usually make, with strawberries, cheese, carrot salad, octopus with yuzu kosho, and a few nibbles of milk French🥖 from a local bakery. The yuzu kosho and milk flavor was also a pairing ⭕️👍 Ham with turnip, special garland chrysanthemum salad, fried boiled burdock root, and chikuwa isobe-age. Then we caught 🎣 kinmeidai (sea bream) from Kadokami Fisheries, and since it was delicious last time, we tried again, this time in a salt kettle! The husbands joined us from here, and we had kinmedai bouillabaisse risotto and bite-sized steaks, stroganoff style. The husbands came to pick up their friends and had a non-alcoholic 🤭! Finally, we all enjoyed pasta with leftover Bolognese sauce and gateau chocolates😍. I think the low acidity, fruity sweetness, rich aroma and pleasant astringency of Michiko's🌹 sweet and spicy gobo (burdock root), which was boiled in soy sauce and mirin and then quickly deep-fried, blended well together! It was a bottle that would go well with sweets and dishes that make the most of the astringency of vegetables 💖. I would like to encounter it again 🌹🌹

One of our family's favorite bottles of new 💓 sake from ‼️ Sei Masamune, so we went to Kadokami Fisheries 👉! We bought some sea bream and sushi 🍣! The sea bream is served in a salt kettle 😋 wrapped in egg whites with lemon zest, rosemary and parsley and salt in the oven👍mixing different things in the egg whites makes a light and slightly western style salt kettle 😊if you use less salt it won't be too salty. Low al and with the subtle sweetness and astringency of rice, green curd goes well with seafood💓I recommend it for western fish 💓‼️ I used the leftover sea bream kama and kama to make puyabase. I plan to make risotto with that puyabase tomorrow🥰It will go well with the rice texture of the risotto❤️ can't wait for tomorrow's party‼️ ⭐️Impressions for individual sake are in charge of shinsaku3😊
