Beautiful label, it's jade 💎✨. It's already as delicious as I imagined 🩷. It was a little hot and humid today, so here's to a refreshing summer sake: ‼️ Edamame, grilled squid, marinated tomatoes, shaomai, fried gizzard! Second bottle of packaged sake, also delicious ❤️ Soft and sweet aroma, mildly sweet and slightly bitter, and when paired with food, it seems to enhance the sweet-tartness of the Jun Dai 🥰Low alcohydrate but with a solid impression 😍. Today we have soy milk nabe with tofu, pork and chives, potato salad as yesterday, and fried sea bream chikuwa isobe. Our potato salad is made by marinating it in vinegar, so the subtle sourness went well with the sake💓. For impressions of the alcohol by itself, shinsaku3 is in charge 💕.

It's a gift 😍I'm so excited 💓 because it's a brewery I haven't tasted yet. Today we have grilled cod, squid with saikyo zuke and two seafood, and yose-tofu with soy milk in shrimp broth with a hint of raayu, and our family staple potato salad! I made a variety of dishes, so I'm sure it would go well with any of them 🙏. I thought it might be dry because of the sake level of ➕6, but I got the impression that it was beautifully dry! There is a hint of acidity, and I think there is almost no bitterness astringency. ‼️ It gives the impression of clean water. Although it is dry, it is light, so it seems to go well with any meal. ❤️It was the kind of sake that you don't get tired of drinking and you don't get tired of drinking! Black beef recommended by the owner of our favorite sushi restaurant. We found an unfiltered draft at our usual liquor store 😍18 degrees, so we must be prepared 💪 and today, sushi 🍣‼️ The first sip is delicious! It's good from the first sip. ❤️It's robust, firm, yet gorgeous and sharp. ‼️ I don't know what it is, but I've never been so impressed ✨The flavor is well balanced, not sharp in any way, but never light and with a strong presence. The temperature changes, and a sense of maturity also comes out! I'm sure this sake would look great on a more robust ryotei (Japanese-style restaurant) plate 💖. Today at our house, we had O-toro medium fatty tuna, squid nigiri, and octopus sashimi. We welcomed Mr. Kurogyu with sea bream chikuwa isobe-age, mekabu and chilled tofu. ‼️ It went perfectly with soy sauce and other Japanese flavors. Since it's called beef, I wonder how it would be for steak? I caught a beetle. ❤️ Last night's rainfall was so good that I went to my usual liquor store to buy another bottle! I looked in every nook and cranny of the fridge and found a beetle 😍! So I immediately opened the bottle: ‼️ Last year we had a Stag Beetle and all I remember is that it was delicious 💕The sweetness and acidity are gentle and mellow, with a slight spiciness at the end that whispers "It's sake ❣️." It's easy to drink, so if you drink too much, you'll get tipsy. It's easy to drink, so if you drink too much, you'll get tipsy 🥰. Oh! Today's menu is our special ramen made from chicken wings! The chicken wings are also grilled with shichimi and pepper, of course👍! Absolutely delicious white rainfall 💖 we had it last year too! It's really good again this year ❣️ and I'm so happy ❣️ I can't stop drinking it~❣️ I wasn't expecting to open the bottle today, so it was on the dinner menu, including grilled meat and fried horse mackerel, but I'm impressed that you're so kind to stand by me with all things rainfall ✨. Here's the April issue of Imadeya's regular newsletter! The name is reluctant and the label is very reluctant and cute 🩷. If you're as reluctant as you declare, today I'm pairing the chicken sauté with a scallion sauce: ‼️ Scallions are really versatile, aren't they? It's a great side ingredient, but depending on how you cook it, it can be sweet, pungent, or bitter. It adds a bit of color, but also packs a punch. ‼️The green onion sauce was a nice touch for reluctant Faith. ❤️ Shibushibu Face-kun is not so much austere as it is less sweet. It is not gorgeous by any means, but I thought it was interesting as a food sake. If paired with a bitter-salty flavor like the green onion sauce in this case, the astringency of the sake would be deliciously enhanced and the sweetness of the green onion would also be brought out. When I tried it with sashimi soy sauce, I could feel a kind of sweetness roundness in the sake that I had not felt before. The pairing is very deep 😍. Today, we have our special Chicken Tang, Mentai from shinsaku3's business trip to Kyushu yesterday, and now let's open a bottle of Shinshu Kamerei 💖! I'm impressed by the same good balance ✨I've been drinking a lot of unique sake recently, so I was intoxicated by this deliciousness 😋. Of course it goes well with Torikara, and it's also great with Yuzu flavored Mentai! I wanted to try different pairings, so I paired it with some cream cheese from the fridge and some eclairs for dessert. Of course it goes well with rich cheese, and what's more, it's not bad with eclairs either❤️😋 Sake and sweets, this sinful pairing💕💕💕💕💕 I was not able to purchase the draft sake on this Shinshu sake brewery tour, but the brewery's limited edition fire-aged sake we received was very tasty👍I'll have to go back and buy some more 🤫. Yamasan Yamadanishiki💛I've had 3 bottles so far Hitogochiki, Kinmonniki, and Aizan and they were all delicious❣️ this Yamadanishiki is the most balanced and elegant of them all😊No, I don't know how they were 💦 they were all delicious‼️ I'm grateful and thankful for my drinking friends 🙏. Today we had cold shabu salad, miso marinated cod, brown rice rice porridge, and white peach jelly for dessert 🍑! Of course all the pairings were great (lol), but the harmony with the white peach jelly was 💓💕💓💕 too wonderful! I mean, Yamasan is like a peach 🥰 anyway, it was a happy dessert 🍑. For some reason, we drink more heavily on weekdays than weekends 🤫. I don't mind drinking 💕 We got some kind of cute sake from ❤️, a unit of a sake brewery in Yamagata. I really enjoy this kind of movement. ‼️ I always imagine the taste while looking at the label, but this time it was totally unexpected 😆. It has a slightly sweet aroma (not fizzy), but not too sweet, and soon a cider-like bitterness and a bit of spiciness comes in, with a pleasant lingering bitterness! There is not much alcohol smell or feeling of alcohol! Today we had sashimi of yellowtail, salmon and squid, grilled homemade pancetta and leeks, salad, french fries and snacks like tako-wasabi 😆! And! Surprised grilled leeks, but after biting into the leeks, Mitsuo, they are so sweet 💖 wonder ‼️ no acidity, so it went well with the sashimi, and I felt some strange pairing 😋 Food really does change the taste of alcohol 💕. Finally caught the cicada 🎉🥰. I'll drink it soon now: ‼️ They all look so good and I've always wanted to drink them someday ❤️ glad 😆 Today's menu is crab cream croquettes and grilled salmon. Vinegared wakame seaweed and marinated snap peas and octopus as garnish. I also added yuzupon to the crab cream seeds💓. Cicadas are sloppy! Amazakai 💕Has little spiciness and bitterness, light with a hint of astringency at the end. Throwing yuzupon into crab cream croquettes was the right choice 👏😆 It also went well with sweet salmon💓. I'm happy because I worked hard from noon to make crab cream croquettes 🥹😋🥹😋 and cicadas are very delicious and happy too 😋 ❤️ Impressions of the alcohol by itself are in charge of shinsaku3💕.

Today we had home ramen 🍜💖 with grilled chicken wings in broth! Shio Ramen with a dry Haruka 💕something not bad 👍I guess a meal as strong as Ramen goes well with my family, who are slightly bitter about dry food 🤫. Compared to last night's Ice Breaker, there is a real difference even in the same dry taste, but I feel depressed because I don't have the vocabulary to verbalize it. I was curious about the Tamagawa Ice Breaker🧊💖 I found it! It was accompanied by a comment😋 from Mr. Phillip, the toji, that you should float the ice on it and enjoy the wind chime-like sound and the rich changes that the ice shows as it melts! I thought 🤨 that it must not be too sweet since it was in Kyoto, so today we started the feast with boiled fish, somen noodles, snap pea and maitake mushroom tempura, and egg tofu 🎉! Penguin, it's not sweet! No sourness either! The aroma is of rice, and maybe a hint of bitterness? Astringent? The aroma lingers in the nostrils, reminding me of gin (I don't know much about gin 🤫). As the ice melts and the alcohol fades, a slight sweetness emerges 💕. I've had it with boiled fish, and tempura in tempura sauce. It really goes well together ‼️ I'm crying tears of joy 🥹🥺 because I feel like I haven't had a pairing in a long time. Our house, so far, is mostly hors d'oeuvres, so we had a little grilled meat after this 🤣It also goes well with meat👍. I have a feeling I'm going to be addicted this summer 🥰. This is my 2nd bottle of Abe Sake Brewery ✨It's not quite sake, but it's long and delicious💕. It's a little sweet & a little bitter because it's a kijoshu. It's my favorite type 🥰. Lately I've been thinking sake with carbohydrates like rice or noodles, not bad... ❤️ but it's doubly sinful with sugar mashing 😆. However, if I eat ramen out, I can't drink alcohol and I have to do home ramen 🍜💪. So today is home tsukemen and pork shabu shabu 👏 It went well with the sesame sauce! Dessert was the Fukusunaya sponge cake that my friend gave me 💖 the rich sweetness and bitterness matched each other and it was delicious 😍. Sake impressions by itself are the responsibility of shinsaku3💕.

Today, when it feels like a summer day, we had a lunchtime drink on the balcony with Okuroku, a summer sake 👍. It is refreshing, fruity, light and delicious 🥰, perfect for this situation. Today, it can be served with french fries, salad, yakiniku, and yakisoba as it is 😊. I think it would also go well with more western style meals! Dinner tonight, steak and mini pizzas as last night. Dessert was Earl Grey ice cream🍨 and Earl Grey dacquoise. I was impressed by the Iraka-kun, which appeared at the dessert time. It goes well with sweets 🥰 It has a subtle grape-like aroma, a little bitterness and sweetness, no astringency or alcohol, very elegant. I got this yesterday on my Nagano Sake Brewery & Sake Shop tour drive by Kuroemon-san❤️It's definitely delicious already 💖. Slightly low-alcohol Kuroemon-san always shows us how much fun sake can be 😍Thank you Kuroemon-san ‼️ Aizan is an elegant sweet sake, with a moderate acidity and bitterness that is light and delicious 😋. By the way, the pancakes were too nice 🤭If you cut them over the fire, you can eat them like grilled meat 👍You can use any ingredients, and if you grill them afterwards to make them crispy, they are delicious ‼️ They also go well with sake✨You can freeze any leftovers (I didn't have any left over 😆)! I was really happy to be able to relax and drink delicious drinks at home on the balcony 🥰. Now, let's get ready for the night's feast 📣I can't be drunk ‼️🤣!
