Our family guess 🩷 Sei Masamune test brewed sake 🎉 I found it again! We immediately opened the bottle: ‼️ It was so good last time that we started drinking it thinking it was going to taste the same, but then we realized ⁉️😱It tastes a little different from the TYPE-A that was so good last time, doesn't it? We took a closer look and found out that it was TYPE-B🥰They are both delicious❣️ I was so happy to find out that there is a TYPE-B, even though they have the same black and white labels. I'm so happy to find out that there is a B. There is also a possibility that C and D will follow 😍I can only look forward to it❗️ I'll have to go ask the liquor store 💪. I was totally underestimating the pairings for the second bottle of the test brew, but as expected of Seimasamune, it was too delicious to be served with our shabu-shabu, edamame, and squid mayo 🎊. Currently, the summer sake, Festival Carp, and the autumn sake, Autumn Carp, are available, but I'd love to see you try the test brewed sake as well: ❤️ A is sweeter and tastier, while B is a little less sweet and has a hint of sourness and spiciness! It's been a while since I found my favorite Yokoyama Goju❤️ raw Aizan, so I bought it immediately and opened the bottle immediately🎉I guess I won't be drinking Yokoyama raw sake for a while now 🧐. First sip, the light and refreshing flavor of Yokoyama spreads, The second sip, the unique bitterness and spiciness of the Aizan flavor comes through! Third sip, (here comes the second cup of sake) comes the mild sweetness, the deliciousness of the rice, and the smoothness of the taste 🥰. I went to Kakugami to buy some sashimi just as my new soy sauce arrived 🐟! The rest of us enjoyed Yokoyama with a little nibble 🩷. Among the various types of sake rice, the one that seems to be the most difficult to pair with Aiyama is probably Aiyama 🧐, so with Aiyama, I thought it would be better to use herbs and aromas sparingly, or rather without them, and to eat tuna rather than yellowtail, as simple a meal as possible that would be close to Aiyama! It is no wonder why it is said that sake is for "atte" and wine is for "pairing". Aizan should be the star of the meal 💖💃. For impressions of the sake by itself, shinsaku3 is in charge 💕.

It was a too luxurious day for drinking 💖Wife of a couple of my regular drinking friends and I had a luxurious toast at our house as it was their birthday party 🥂🙌! We had Sansho a few years ago for a drink outside and it was delicious again 😭. The Tenwashirou is greenish with a refreshing acidity as I imagined, while the Sansudo has a light umami and bitterness without any acidity. The taste seems to change depending on the color and even more so on the barrel 🩷. Hors d'oeuvres included chicken calla, shrimp cocktail, marinated octopus, mentaiko cheese bucket, carrot salad, sashimi, and more. The vichyssoise was also quite a good match for the sanshoise 👍 Are they acid-free each other? For the main course, we all like pasta, so we had our usual lupin pasta 🍝. For dessert, we baked gâteau chocolat (I forgot to take a picture 💦) ❣️ You already made any meal delicious 🥰Thank you 🥰‼️ It was a special summer memory💖.

On this day shinsaku3 prepared ⭐️ Gold Shinshu Kamerei-san ⭐️🙌 It's been a long time 🐢 and I've never seen a label like this ❣️ gold ‼️ Congratulations on this one, it will age well❤️ Yummy 🥂🥰! I was imagining the flavors 🐢 and listening to shinsaku3's request for minced meat type of food, I made a western style dish for 🐢‼️ I've always wanted to make Lupin III pasta (the meatball one from Cagliostro's Castle ❤️), chilled vichyssoise, octopus and mozzarella salad, and tiramisu for dessert 😍Italian menu! Today I'm opening a very special bottle 🎉! It's like an assemblage wine making process, but I'm very excited and nervous because I don't often have a chance to drink Mida-san and Mida-san's taste is very esoteric 😍! Today's menu is shabu-shabu! This menu does not interfere with the taste of sake. The appetizers were edamame, deep fried soaked eggplant, fried eggplant, and a mini cream stew that could be called a pairing challenge ‼️ but what a surprise, this cream stew was the best match 🤣! Yes, Mida-san is a conundrum 🧐. The first bite, the aroma was wonderful and just delicious😍. But the second bite is either too balanced or it's a lost cause 😫I love that about it, it's like "Mita Kita Kita ‼️" 🥰Mita-san without words💕. I love it when she says, "What is this?" Mita❤️ this is the new world that Mita-san is talking about⁉️ I drank much more than usual‼️ It's difficult to describe, but it has a hint of sweetness. After an unintended break from drinking, it's the first time for me to visit Takihyo 🎉. ㊗️ Today, I was feeling lazy this afternoon, so I just cut and arranged the dishes rather than cooking them. It was a simple meal of two kinds of salmon, squid sashimi, camembert, fried egg, salad, and shirasu rice, but it turned out to be a luxurious and satisfying dinner thanks to the concentrated flavor of Takijiman 🥰. When you put it in your mouth, the sense of umami spreads out, giving you a premonition of sweetness, sourness, and bitterness, but it is not sweet, sour, or bitterness! It is a hardcore ✨It goes well with sashimi, but what is surprising this time is Camembert, which is a kindred taste 🧀They have the same taste of rice and milk in terms of concentrated flavor 👍. Now, I got a lot of blueberries from my neighbor's farmer 🥰💙I made pound cake and will have it for dessert ‼️ Well, this is a challenge🧐. Cakes made at home are inevitably less sweet 🤭and the drink has no fruit acidity connection, so the pairing? Summer Vacation Hokkaido Souvenir Series ✨ Not only limited to sake breweries, but also limited to supermarkets & convenience stores in Kamikawa town, or tax-paying hometowns 😍! Wow 🩷 so delicious 😋 the taste and aroma of Kamikawa Taisetsu! Brings back happy summer vacations! I no longer miss ❣️ soul food or 😆 soul liquor? Now it's time to go to Kakugami Fisheries! So today, we have steamed hamaguri (clams) with sake and grilled squid. And the main dish is ramen 💖I had ramen (3rd picture) in Asahikawa during my summer vacation and was shocked by the delicious horse mackerel dashi soup ❣️The ramen I've never had before‼️ Just today there was a pile of soy horse mackerel on sale at Kakunoue so I tried the horse mackerel dashi ramen💪It turned out pretty well👍😋 Asahikawa is It tasted somewhat like broth from grilled horse mackerel? The taste of the broth from the raw horse mackerel was a little different, but the seafood broth was still rich and delicious. ‼️It was a full course of seafood 👏Hi, Kamikawa-san, I'm sure you can get along with any dish, but today was great, too. ⭐️If you prefer the delicate taste of steamed clams with sake, the rich taste of squid guts is better than that of steamed clams with sake. The rich taste of squid wata is more powerful than the delicate taste of steamed clams. ❣️ I'll consider buying more with my hometown tax money 🧐. We're closing out the Bon holidays with Mr. ‼️ Shuwashuwagata 💖. Cute label as always, last year it was stickers, but this year it is printed on the bottle 🥰 so keep it in the bottle with Mr. Beetle instead of the sake stamp book? I have to ❤️ Today, we had crab cream croquettes (the picture looks like an Inari, but it's a Kanikoro, lol) and Miyazaki charcoal firewood! LOL) and Miyazaki charcoal-grilled chicken😍This year's stag beetle is sweet and bitter with a puffed flavor. It went well with the Heinz ketchup (sweeter than Kagome's) from Kanikoro and the smoky aroma of the charcoal fire. ‼️ It was a marriage of subtle balance that just happened to come together. And for dessert, homemade brown sugar ice cream🍨 and sesame tuile😋. I used egg yolks for the ice cream and tuile for the egg whites, and as a byproduct, I think brown sugar with a mineral taste goes better with sake than regular granulated sugar 😍I also reduced the sweetness in the tuile and added salt and pepper. Salted caramel-like aim🧐Thanks for the happy banquet, which goes well with both dishes and sweets🥰Wagatakan🥰❣️ Impressions on the alcohol by itself are in charge of shinsaku3💕.

Only two days left of Obon vacation. Let's open a bottle of summer sake 🎆❗️ first time for Tenmei 🎉. I was thinking in the sun from the morning "Tonight - low alcohol - summer sake 🤣" as I accompanied my husband to his training session today 💪 in the hot sun from this morning. The Fireworks label Tenmei was as good as expected ⭐️ Not too sweet, not too spicy, not too sour and bitter, but not as light as cider, a proper summer sake, and goes well with food 🥰Thanks for the gorgeous label to uplift my hard day, it's perfect for today 💞! Special Chicken Tang, Seared Inari and a little light salad. I like black pepper, and the chicken with pepper went well with the Tenmei 😍The lemon doesn't spoil the aroma because it's not so acidic👍. And the seared rice cake! I just roasted the one I bought, but with a twist, it goes quite well with sake 🤭. It's dangerous to drink it too quickly because you think it's low in alcohol 🤭. 🤣 Impressions of the alcohol by itself are in charge of shinsaku3 💕.

We're back safe and sound with lots of limited edition sake from Hokkaido✨! After two days of rest during the trip, we will open a bottle of the souvenir today 😊🎉. However, I bought a pizza 🍕 today 🤭. I ordered PIZZA-LA for the first time.... Delicious 😋Lemon, fresh tomato slices, mozzarella, and some spices to go with the sake. ❣️ Which pizza place do you guys pair it with? I don't think I'd pair it with pizza 💦😉. Today's Otokoyama's brewery limited edition sake was said to be sweet. The aroma is already sweet and nice, with an aged sweet aroma like a noble rot wine. The texture is clearly thickened on the palate and has an intense sharpness when it spreads on the palate! It was a rich and tasty sake with a solid, hardy sake feel ✨ Hmmm...just like Otokoyama? Well, is it just the Otokoyama way? Anyway, it was delicious ‼️ For impressions of the sake by itself, shinsaku3 is in charge 💕.

We decided to try Sanzen Sakura's Aizan tonight, which is a direct-draft sake limited to the brewery's brewery only! We're so comfortable we've decided to stay an extra night 🤣. I love the taste of Aizan, not only gentle, not only mellow, not only sweet 🥰, Aizan was created by you 🥹! We are expanding the area next to the Hokkaido Sake Brewery as we did yesterday 🤩 maybe tomorrow too ⁉️ Of the brewery's limited edition sake, we purchased the dry one today. Purchased meat and sushi for Asahikawa and cheese from Kamikawa Taisetsu brand to start the party 🎉. It has a crisp and dry taste, but the aroma and umami are packed in. This is a post from last week when we went to Akita prefecture for my husband's race 😊. Since we came all the way to Akita Prefecture, we decided to go enjoy some local sake: ❤️ We came to a famous restaurant with a Namahage performance 👹✨A wide selection of sake from Akita's sake breweries and a wide variety of local dishes ‼️ I regret not having enough liver at a time like this 😢! We forgot about our race fatigue, had our photo taken with Namahage-san, and enjoyed the delicious sake, food, and Akita Prefecture 🥰. I had a relaxing drink at home with my husband for the first time in a long time! My husband's medical checkup results showed that his record for consecutive liver function A was broken ‼️, so we're drinking 🥰. Last week, my husband had a race in Akita prefecture, followed by a business trip to Miyazaki prefecture. I'll be drinking at home 💕. After the race, I stopped by a sake brewery in Iwate prefecture and brought this innocent 40 🥰 🥰 🥰 delicious 🥰 ‼️ what a perfect taste 😍 sweet, bitter, umami, sour, spicy, super balanced and quite firm👍 And I brought you from the south, Miyazaki Prefecture's famous charcoal grilled chicken 💕definitely delicious! I think this would go well with any sake, but today's solid 40 Mushrooms and the umami rich charcoal yakitori also go well together 😍. After all, it's been a while, so I bought some sashimi from Kakugami Gyorui and made my usual grilled cheese stuffed with miso with shishito peppers from my uncle in the field: ❤️ And one nice idea 💡 for our family 🤭. Today is my dog's 5th birthday🎊❤️ and he has a nice smile on his face being held by his daddy😍. We celebrated with lots of summer vegetables from the farmer on our walk, ham and tomato salad, pasta with fresh tomato sauce, shishito peppers stuffed with miso cheese, grilled chicken, and a bottle of Tochigi love. 🎀! Aikoku Sentori is delicious 💖I'll have to go buy the Houou Mita version 💪! I was so impressed with the grilled shishito stuffed with miso and cheese 💖. Sake impressions by itself are the responsibility of shinsaku3💕.
