Yonokotori, which was also raised by Ahuio.
There was also Kalora with it.
I've never had both so I got them 🤗.
⚫︎Karora
They use a type of koji mold called kumonosukabi 🤔.
When they say "kabi", it makes me go "mmmm ❗️" 😅.
Now, as for the taste, it has a lemon-like sourness and a slight sweetness 🍋.
A little bit of the usual wooden vat aroma.
It's more refreshing than the usual Shinsei 😁.
⚫︎Yonono Kotori
The bottle is thicker 🧐.
I didn't know they had such a size 🧐.
As for the taste, it's less sweet than the Yonokotori, and the carbonation is stronger and shuffling 🫧.
The strength of the carbonation distracted me and I thought I couldn't face the sake 🙄.
...and I'm going to comment on one thing 😆.

Good evening, Hiro 😌.
Hi, Hiro-san! I see you also drank the Hanpukai Shinsei 🍶.
I think the new one was a bit more carbonated this time 🤔.
I was able to drink it in large gulps because it was not alcoholic and had a weak sweetness 😋.

Good morning, Afuio 😃.
I would drink it if it was called a hanpukai 😇
It's true that it's highly carbonated, but the alcohol content is low so it's easy to drink 😋.
Too bad it's a trial version 🥲I hope they continue to release it 😆.
