It has the flavor of Niigata's light and dry sake only, and the flavor of easy-drinking junmai sake. It may be good as a food sake.

At a sake meeting in Tokyo.
It is a clear and dry sake, typical of Niigata.
It is a typical dry sake with no distinctive characteristics, but that is why it goes well with a variety of dishes.
My home for the first time in a long time!
The neighborhood fishmonger's

Elegantly sweet, crisp and refreshing!
Delicious 🥰!
Sake Award 2022 - said to go well with warmed sake.
Aroma is fresh and sweet with a hint of sourness
The texture is like room temperature water! Easy to drink.
It stings on the throat, so maybe it's just right when heated.
I'm not sure if it goes well with a glass of wine, but it went well with smoked cheese that goes with wine.
According to my faint memory, I think I bought this sake from this brewery last year, but it is TAiiiiiCHi by Yukitsubaki Shuzo. This is the 6th by Sake no Jin. I decided to buy this one after tasting it on site.
(According to the label on the back of the bottle, they use a yeast called Yukitsubaki yeast. I don't know if this is the reason or not, but the aroma on the nose when you take a sip is superb. The ginjo aroma, in other words, is just like this. The clean taste is something common to sake breweries in Kamo City (such as Muskagami). I recommend it.
Echino Yukitsubaki Junmai Ginjo

A bargain product sometimes seen at supermarkets.
It is a slightly sweet, dry food sake. It has a soft taste.
It is quite good even when heated. It may also have a hint of berry flavor hidden in it.
It has a stable flavor that is just right no matter what time of day you drink it.
I would like to try another sake made with the same yeast.
