Melon, banana and fresh powder, yogurt and whey, lime. The ginjo aroma is isoamyl acetate-dominant.
There is a hint of sweetness, but it is dry, the acidity is smooth, and there is a full-bodied bitterness through the aftertaste.
I don't know if it has that much character.

It was too far away to go to the brewery, but Aizu Sake Brewery's Aizu is located in Minami Aizu Town.
In Tokyo, you sometimes see Yamanoi.
The aroma is fruity on the nose.
In the mouth, it has a clean sweetness and umami that is typical of daiginjo-style sake.
The taste is elegant and finishes smoothly.

This is an active nigori version of the standard junmai sake. Light and smooth on the palate, with a sharp finish. 😊
Shuwa shuwa fizziness, creamy sweetness is elegant, very beautiful and juicy. There is also a good amount of gas, which is the opposite of the impression of a sweet and spicy cider, so it is a refreshing cider sensation, which makes the drink go down a treat. The lingering bitterness from the cider also makes you realize how delicious it is. 🤩.
The expression changes even if you drink only the supernatant before mixing or only the darker part of the oli. The flavor changes over time. 🥲
