I bought this Junpei at Nishioka Sake Brewery during my trip to Kochi in December.
It's fruity and really easy to drink and delicious 🤤 I like it.
I want to go back to buy some more!

Like Kure's raw sake, it is juicy and then sharp. It has a freshness like green apple. The bitterness of the aftertaste may be a bit chocolatey. It is arabashiri, so it is very heavy and satisfying.

Kochi-Ehime, 1st day of train trip 🚃.
Dry and sharp. A little spicy. Mild with bamboo rings. Gobou-ten (burdock tempura) is also good.
From Kochi, take the Yosan Line to Tosa-Kure. We wandered around Taisho-machi Square and visited Nishioka Sake Brewery, where we were politely allowed to sample the sake in the 10 minutes we had to visit 😆 We bought a bottle as a souvenir and drank it on the Yosan Line train 🚃🍶.
