I drank this sake during a trip to Kochi Prefecture with my son's family. It was the first time I had seen this brand and I was curious to try it, but I was satisfied with its clean, dry taste, which went well with the local specialty, grilled bonito.

When you put it in your mouth, you will feel a slight fizzy sensation, followed by a fruity aroma that escapes through your nose. It has a mild flavor, but surprisingly it does not linger and disappears without a trace. My son gave this to me as a gift from a friend, and it is quite a tasty sake. It is a very good sake 😊🍶.

This is an old sake brewed in 2017. We first tried it cold, which gave it a taste unique to koshu. However, when served lukewarm, it became even more full-bodied and delicious. I had no idea that Miyako Bijin had old sake. I am impressed. I am very impressed.

The first sip was opened just as my son and his wife arrived after a long absence. As the name suggests, the sound of the unfiltered unpasteurized sake, reminiscent of champagne, aroused a sense of anticipation. When you put it in your mouth, a fizzy sensation comes first. As the description "dry" suggests, it has a sharp taste that does not linger. Before I know it I must have downed about 5 cups again. I enjoyed the evening drink with my son's wife. I enjoyed it with my son's wife 🍶😄😄.

I bought this sake together with "Isojiman" when I visited Shizuoka Prefecture at the end of last year. It has a rich flavor that spreads out in the mouth. The taste is rich and full, yet the aftertaste is surprisingly refreshing, and I found myself pouring more and more sake. I tried it with thinly sliced sea bream (😆🍶) and it was quite good. I had it with thinly sliced sea bream and it was quite good 😄.

Coincidentally, since New Year's, sake from Tochigi Prefecture has been on the list. My son bought it with "Shinmasa", but for some reason "Shinmasa" didn't come. (😅😅 When I put it in my mouth with a sharp aroma, I feel a slight gassy sensation. Is it because it is an unfiltered sake? The sourness and sweetness are exquisite. But it is a very crisp sake with no lingering aftertaste.

The year 2023 opened with "Isoboast". I bought it on a trip to Shizuoka Prefecture at the end of the year from a distributor. I kept it as a New Year's sake. Unlike the Honjozo sake I had drunk before, I was impressed by its sharpness and sharpness. The sharpness of the sake, coupled with the clean mouthfeel, made the sake go down a treat. My son's wife and I drank about 5 gou of sake together. When we came to, about half of the bottle was gone. 😅🍶 I tried drinking it lukewarm. The taste changed completely. It has a fuller taste and I feel like I have seen a new side of it. Still, it is delicious!

I remember that when I drank it a long time ago, I was very surprised by its sharp and dry taste, just like its name, and I was hesitant to drink it after that. When I drank it again after some time had passed, I found it to have a different taste from that time. My son gave it to me as an early birthday present. It is a tremendous surprise gift. I immediately opened my mouth and enjoyed it. It didn't have that much of an aroma, but when I put it in my mouth, I was satisfied as I expected with the slight effervescence and the refreshing sensation that passed through my nose. If I had to guess, I would say it was more like champagne. It is also very smooth on the palate, so instead of my son who cannot drink, my son-in-law and I finished it in no time at all. 😄🍶
