This is finally the last bottle ✨🎁 of the Father's Day present I got last year ✨🍶😄It took me a year after all 😅. The aroma when you open the bottle is acidic, but the acidity is surprisingly low in the mouth, leaving a slightly bitter and refreshing sensation as it goes down your throat 🍶✨. I drank it all cold, but I think I would have enjoyed it differently if I tried it warmed 😉 🍶.

It's been a long time since I've had "Tamanomitsu" 😄🍶 It's a slightly dry sake with a nice sharpness 😄🍶. It's been a while since I've had "Tamanomitsu", but it made me realize once again how good Fushimi sake is 😄🍶😄😄.

This is the second bottle I bought when I went to Wakayama to see the cherry blossoms. It is the opposite of the earlier junmai ginjo, sweet and mellow 🍶🍶😊. But the aftertaste is surprisingly refreshing and easy to drink, and it seems to be suitable for women 🍶😄. Today, I enjoyed a glass of wine with a side dish of pickled sea bream that I bought on a day trip to Fukui Prefecture 🍶🍶😂.

I bought this bottle the other day at a certain tourist spot on my way back from a cherry blossom viewing trip to Koukawa-ji temple in Wakayama. I bought another bottle, which is the same Chokyu Junmai Ginjo Bizen Omachi, which I will try at a later date 😊🍶. The aroma was light, but the mouthfeel was a little sour, but it felt a little dry. It is a delicious sake that is easy to drink, has a nice sharpness and does not linger 🍶😄. The first bamboo shoots of the year (local of course) 😚! 😚), I can't get enough of this drink 😂😂😂🍶.

This is the 11th bottle for Father's Day gift. It's before Ras 🍶😅Midai Sakura is my first brand. It is a rich, robust and drinkable sake 🍶😄. Today I enjoyed it with a lunch box from a famous ryotei restaurant in Kyoto. 🍶😄 The next sake will finally be the last of my Father's Day gifts. It took me almost a year to drink it after all😅🍶.

It is brewed with Awaji Island Gohyakumangoku sake grown by the Awaji Island Sake Detectives 🍶I bought it at a roadside station on a recent day trip to Awaji Island 🍶It is a little high in alcohol (18%) and the aroma is acidic, but the taste is mild and surprising 🍶😅I personally think it is the opposite of Miyako Bijin, a local sake from the same Awaji Island I personally feel it is the opposite of Miyako Bijin, a local sake from Awaji Island 🍶😅I had it at room temperature today, but next time I would like to try heating it up to see how the flavor changes 🍶😄This is a delicious sake with a deep flavor 🍶.

My 10th bottle as a Father's Day gift 🍶😅. I had it cold at first and it had a nice crisp and clean taste 😄. However, when I tried it lukewarm 🍶, the flavor changed drastically and it became rather heavy. 😅I enjoyed my dinner with "oden" today and the heavier taste went well with it and I enjoyed my dinner. 🍶🍶🍶🍶✨

The aroma is not so strong and the taste is clean and crisp 🍶. I drank it cold, but it was light on the palate, so I drank more and more 😅The accompaniments were sashimi of new firefly squid and yokowa, but the match of good sake and good accompaniments is exceptional 🍶😄.

On opening the mouth, there was a light gassy feeling and a banana-like aroma 🍶The color was almost colorless and I was expecting a light mouthfeel, but since it is unfiltered sake, it has a robust flavor 😅🍶. I have a feeling that this sake is different from the Shirakikyu I have had so far, and I feel like this sake is going in a new direction. I had it with yakitori for dinner today and the crisp flavor was just right 🍶😄.

My 9th Father's Day gift 😅. I don't mean to be rude, but I had never heard of this brand 😅🍶, but the taste is very light, and since it's a cup, it ran out quickly, but it looks like it could go as long as you want 😂🍶. I felt like I would probably run out of the 4-pack 😅🍶.

The year 2025 opened with "Ruri no Umi" 🍶. I've been curious about it for a long time and finally got around to buying it 😊. It's not so assertive and the aftertaste disappears so quickly that I feel like I can drink it as much as I want ✨I opened a sip this morning and it seems like half of it will be gone by night 😅. At this rate, I think I'll finish it within 3 days of the New Year 😁🍶.

This is the 8th bottle as a Father's Day gift. The accompanying description says it has a slightly dry finish, but my palate is very sweet. 🍶. But it's refreshing ✨and easy to drink with a crisp aftertaste 🍶😄. The cup is also Bambi patterned, I think my grandchildren would be happy to see it 🍶😉.

When my wife and I went for a one-day drive to Awaji Island on a holiday in October, we thought Awaji Island is famous for "Miyako Bijin" and bought some near the brewery 🍶🍶. The taste was 180 degrees different from the "Miyako Bijin" that I have been drinking so far. Yes, it tastes very similar to the "Katori" that my brother who lives in Chiba used to bring as a gift 😄🍶. I first drank it cold, but it was still quite peculiar to me, so I tried heating it up. I think it's perfect for me, but what do you think? I'm not sure what you think 🍶🍶🍶😄

My 7th Father's Day gift, finally turned around 😅🍶. Simple container, but the taste is also simple 😄🍶. It goes in smooth and easy 😄🍶🍶. I think it would go well with anything. Today I enjoyed my dinner with grilled salmon with sake lees, and it was quite good 🍶.

I bought this at Kumamoto station on a recent trip to Kyushu. I asked the shopkeeper for a recommendation and he recommended this one. 🍶. This is my first time to try Kumamoto sake 😊. It is light on the palate, well balanced and easy to drink 🍶😊. This sake is only sold in the prefecture, so I guess I was lucky to come across it? I only had a taste of it today, so next time I will enjoy it while savoring it 😅🍶.

The 6th bottle of my Father's Day gift. I'm finally halfway through 😅🍶🍶. It's like a honjozo, clean and crisp 🍶😄Today we had our first nabe of the season and enjoyed it 🍶😅I guess sake is for nabe 🍶🍶🍶The cup design looks cute, I like it 😉.

Fifth bottle for Father's Day gift 🍶. It has been a long time since I have had sake from Ehime Prefecture. The design on the cup suggests that it would be best to drink it during the cherry blossom viewing season, but when I received it, it was just before summer, so I opened it thinking it would be better to leave it until next spring 😅🍶It has no peculiarities, just a normal taste, but it has a clean aftertaste and is easy to drink. I have 7 more cups of sake that I got 😊, so I'm going to drink them impatiently 🍶😊.

This is the second bottle 🍶 I purchased on a trip to Hida Takayama. The best way to drink it is to warm it up to lukewarm, but I had it at room temperature first 🍶✨. It has a nice firm rice flavor and just the right amount of acidity 😊🍶It has a sharp and clean aftertaste that I like 😄🍶. Today we had a special bento box made by a famous ryotei in Kyoto as a side dish ✨. It was a collaboration of Hida sake and Kyoto cuisine, but I think sake is the best match for Japanese cuisine 😄✨Next time I would like to try it lukewarm 😉🍶. The rice flavor is enhanced when served lukewarm, and as recommended, it is very flavorful 🍶😄.
