Takaisami純米吟醸 なかだれ
chichiI bought this when I went on a trip to Tottori in July and had it sitting in the fridge until I finally got around to opening it. It has a hint of ginjo aroma 😄🍶, but when you put it in your mouth, it is light and smooth, and it goes down your throat smoothly, with a sharp finish. It is what is called "light and dry". This type of sake is probably not suitable for my son's wife, who always drinks with me at night. I think she will probably come over next week, so I'd like to leave some for her to drink. 😅
