This is the first bottle of a set of 12 that my daughter-in-law gave me for Father's Day 🍶. I drank it with mackerel simmered in miso today and I think it's the best match 😄🍶. The cup is also a nice touch, as Shizuoka Prefecture is known for its soccer 😄. I'll be uploading the next 12 bottles as we go along ✨.

It is a junmai ginjo sake brewed entirely with Koshihikari rice, and has a full flavor with no harshness. I have always thought that most of the sake produced in Chiba Prefecture is quite assertive. I don't mean to sound rude, but I was surprised that such a sake existed in Chiba Prefecture.

I bought this wine the other day at the Hankyu Department Store in Umeda, Osaka, where it was on sale. I did not think so when I tasted it, but it is quite tasty, with a mild taste and a delicious rice flavor. My daughter's family had just returned home, so I shared a glass with my daughter-in-law, and we found that about two thirds of the bottle was gone.

This is my first "Shichiken" in a year. The taste is rather mild, but it doesn't linger, and I think I ended up drinking about 3 gou after opening my mouth. 😅🍶. I guess the water is good. Shichiken" tasted just as I expected and did not disappoint me 😄🍶🍶By the way, today's snack was "Saba no sansho nimono" (mackerel stewed with pepper) specially made by the wife ✨Not to be a noroque but it was quite a taste! It was the best match 😄🍶.

This is the first time I've had a great sake from Fukui Prefecture! Just like the "Aizu Chusho" that I drank before this one, the impression I had had of it was completely betrayed 😄🍶. I was expecting a mild taste, but it was surprisingly sharp. We would like to express our sympathy to the many sake breweries that were affected by the Noto Peninsula earthquake. I bought this sake for New Year's at the end of last year, and I never expected to hear the news of the earthquake on New Year's Day when I was about to open my mouth. I hesitated to open the bottle, but finally decided to "drink it! The label says it is best served at room temperature to 45℃, so today I drank it at room temperature 🍶. The aroma is not so strong, but when you put it in your mouth, a soft feeling reminiscent of bananas escapes through your nose. It has a mild but sharp taste that doesn't linger 😊🍶. I would like to try it warmed next 🍶. I wish the sake breweries in Noto a speedy recovery 🙇🙇.

When I went to Kanazawa in February, I bought it along with "Kurobiki" and returned home. It is not as heavy as Tengumai, but has a light acidity and crispness that makes it easy to drink. Today, I enjoyed drinking it with bamboo shoots and scallops grilled with salt 🍶😄.

I bought this when I visited Kanazawa in the aftermath of the earthquake. The first sip gives the impression that it is not so assertive, but has a sharp taste and disappears quickly. However, after repeated sips, the taste is quite rich. It does not interfere with food and is an easy-to-drink food sake 😄🍶. When served at a higher temperature, the flavor changed drastically 🍶. It became sharper and the umami was amplified ✨. I paired it with grilled white eel, but the flavor of the eel was not overpowered by the flavor of the eel, and the fat from the eel was washed away smoothly. It was a great drink 🍶😚.

My brother brought this as a souvenir back home. It's alsobe, but I can taste the sweetness and it tastes different from what I imagined it to be. 😅 But the clean taste doesn't seem to interfere with the food, so it's quite good. 😄 According to my brother, this is the kind of sake this brewery makes.

I bought this for my brother when he came back home. 🍶 It has a fizzy and surprisingly refreshing taste, as is typical for a sake that is still in its infancy. The accompaniment is not fish but grilled agu pork, which goes surprisingly well with it. The fat is sweet and doesn't lean, and both the sake and the meat ゙ were very tasty ✨😆😆.
