This is my first "Shichiken" in a year. The taste is rather mild, but it doesn't linger, and I think I ended up drinking about 3 gou after opening my mouth. 😅🍶. I guess the water is good. Shichiken" tasted just as I expected and did not disappoint me 😄🍶🍶By the way, today's snack was "Saba no sansho nimono" (mackerel stewed with pepper) specially made by the wife ✨Not to be a noroque but it was quite a taste! It was the best match 😄🍶.

This is the first time I've had a great sake from Fukui Prefecture! Just like the "Aizu Chusho" that I drank before this one, the impression I had had of it was completely betrayed 😄🍶. I was expecting a mild taste, but it was surprisingly sharp. I was expecting a mild taste but it was surprisingly sharp 😅🍶🍶I enjoyed it with Satsuma-age and grilled chicken in oil today and it drained off the fat of the chicken nicely. I enjoyed the taste of the chicken 🍶😄🍶.

We would like to express our sympathy to the many sake breweries that were affected by the Noto Peninsula earthquake. I bought this sake for New Year's at the end of last year, and I never expected to hear the news of the earthquake on New Year's Day when I was about to open my mouth. I hesitated to open the bottle, but finally decided to "drink it! The label says it is best served at room temperature to 45℃, so today I drank it at room temperature 🍶. The aroma is not so strong, but when you put it in your mouth, a soft feeling reminiscent of bananas escapes through your nose. It has a mild but sharp taste that doesn't linger 😊🍶. I would like to try it warmed next 🍶. I wish the sake breweries in Noto a speedy recovery 🙇🙇.

When I went to Kanazawa in February, I bought it along with "Kurobiki" and returned home. It is not as heavy as Tengumai, but has a light acidity and crispness that makes it easy to drink. Today, I enjoyed drinking it with bamboo shoots and scallops grilled with salt 🍶😄.

I bought this when I visited Kanazawa in the aftermath of the earthquake. The first sip gives the impression that it is not so assertive, but has a sharp taste and disappears quickly. However, after repeated sips, the taste is quite rich. It does not interfere with food and is an easy-to-drink food sake 😄🍶. When served at a higher temperature, the flavor changed drastically 🍶. It became sharper and the umami was amplified ✨. I paired it with grilled white eel, but the flavor of the eel was not overpowered by the flavor of the eel, and the fat from the eel was washed away smoothly. It was a great drink 🍶😚.

My brother brought this as a souvenir back home. It's alsobe, but I can taste the sweetness and it tastes different from what I imagined it to be. 😅 But the clean taste doesn't seem to interfere with the food, so it's quite good. 😄 According to my brother, this is the kind of sake this brewery makes.

I bought this for my brother when he came back home. 🍶 It has a fizzy and surprisingly refreshing taste, as is typical for a sake that is still in its infancy. The accompaniment is not fish but grilled agu pork, which goes surprisingly well with it. The fat is sweet and doesn't lean, and both the sake and the meat ゙ were very tasty ✨😆😆.

The year 2023 ended with Yami Naru Akimizu. It is the auldest of the three bottles I bought at Hasegawa Sake Shop in Gransta Tokyo! 😄🍶 After the party settled down for the night, my son's wife and I started the after-party! 😅 This was my first time to try Eiko Fuji and it is delicious! My wife also said it was delicious and we continued to drink more. It is a Junmai Daiginjo, but it is still a pure sake, so we are enjoying it with a strong umami flavor. We had a delicious sake at the end of the year 😊.

This is the second of three bottles I purchased at Hasegawa Sake Shop in Gransta Tokyo, the first "Tasake" in five years😚. The aroma is not so assertive right after opening the bottle, but when you put it in your mouth, you first feel a fizzy sensation, and a hint of sweetness and fruity flavor fills your mouth. 😄 The feeling that it is so refreshing is indescribable, and you can enjoy it as much as you want. 😅🍶. Conclusion, "Tasake" is delicious ❗

This is one of the three bottles I bought at Hasegawa Sake Shop in Gransta Tokyo during my recent visit to Tokyo. It's been a long time since I've had a bottle of Shichibon-yari. It is also available in Kyoto, but I bought it as a set of 3 bottles, so I thought it was a good deal. The other two bottles will be released later. It's been a while since I had it, but it's still delicious. I can't describe the feeling of it disappearing down the back of my throat. I had it cold today as I usually do, but next time I would like to try it heated.

Today, I celebrated my grandson's 75th birthday and opened a bottle that I had reserved for him. It is a junmai daiginjo, but it is a delicious sake with a strong umami flavor. I have not had Shichiken since I visited the brewery about 10 years ago and bought a bottle of Junmai Ginjo. It has been a long time since we had a lively day full of celebration.

We had it at Nakamura-Ro in Gion. The label has Nakamura-Ro's name on it, so I assume it was originally bottled, but I think it is a standard junmai ginjo. It is an easy-to-drink food sake that is refreshing and does not interfere with food.

I hadn't had Echino Kanme in over a decade. 😅I knew about this brand, but I never bought it because I felt like I could always buy it, but I happened to find it at the Aeon Mall, so I bought it just when I ran out of sake for the evening. I bought it because I had just run out of sake for dinner 😄. The taste is light and dry like Niigata's sake, and the aftertaste disappears quickly. It is very easy to drink. The "Yume no Tobira" that I uploaded earlier was a traditional sake, but I felt this was a sake for these times. It is a refreshing and easy to drink sake. 🍶

My brother, who lives in Chiba, brought this as a souvenir from back home. It is brewed with "So-no-Mai" sake rice produced in Chiba, and its unique unfiltered, effervescent taste and mild mouthfeel made me want to drink more and more. Easy to drink! It is easy to drink 🍶😄.

My daughter and her husband drank this brand when they lived in Uozu city for work when they first got married. I found it at Isetan in Kyoto station the other day, and bought it out of nostalgia. 😅🍶. It has a light yellowish hue, and a rich, mellow flavor spreads in the mouth with a slight gassy sensation. I paired it with yakitori from Shokkiya today, and the robust flavor was as good as the yakitori, and I could feel the flavor clinging to my tongue. 😄😄Uozu city is a land of abundant Tateyama subterranean water, but I have a feeling that there is a North Sea in Uozu. Try it 😚😄😄.

I happened to find it at a sake store where I usually stop by and bought it without a second thought. It has been a while since I have had Fushimi sake, but I felt a sense of security in the mild, slightly sweet taste of the rice flavor 😄 This is a new brewery, and I look forward to its future development 😄.

I bought this when I went on a trip to Tottori in July and had it sitting in the fridge until I finally got around to opening it. It has a hint of ginjo aroma 😄🍶, but when you put it in your mouth, it is light and smooth, and it goes down your throat smoothly, with a sharp finish. It is what is called "light and dry". This type of sake is probably not suitable for my son's wife, who always drinks with me at night. I think she will probably come over next week, so I'd like to leave some for her to drink. 😅

As you said, it smells like yogurt and tastes like yogurt itself with a sour taste. I have never tasted this flavor before! My son's wife also said it was delicious and ended up emptying the 4-gos. bottle. It's still the same relationship between the wife and mother-in-law of a drinker. I'm not sure what to say 😅🍶.
