Sake from Hiroshima. Purchased at the usual liquor store. It has a dry taste with an elegant flavor. It's delicious. When I looked up the brewery on the internet, I found that they have a sake brewery called Umifudo (Seafood). I remember the Umifudo I drank before because it was a memorable sake like a white wine, but this time it was completely different. Personally, I prefer the dry taste of this one. But I'm impressed by the wide range of styles from the same brewery.

Dark. It's delicious. I like light and fruity junmai ginjo, but I also love sake with a little bit of spiciness and a lot of flavor, like this one. I found this bottle at my favorite liquor store. Sake has a wide and deep base. If you see it, please try it.

The second Fukushima. We bought this at a shop in Fukushima Airport. It is said to be the best sake. The color is a little yellow. When you put it in your mouth, it is fruity, and the aroma is like a pear passing through your nose. It is a bit dry, but the mellow flavor spreads in the mouth. Delicious😋.

This week, I bought a sake from Fukushima, Instrument Masamune. It is said to be a mixed brew made from multiple sake rice. It's a light Junmai Ginjo and it's so good. It has a light and refreshing flavor, followed by a muscat-like aroma. The fine fizzy feeling is also pleasant, and it goes very easily.

A clear liquor. Freshly opened, it is tasty with a piquant freshness. The fourth day after opening the bottle. The sourness seems to stand out more than the umami. I think it is a sake with good cost performance.

We saw each other in the depa basement. It has been since I bought it in Ishikawa. This sake is a waste of time for my tongue. I can't describe it well, but it had a mellow and complex taste. One sip changed my impression several times. It was very delicious.

I chose a spring-like label to enjoy late spring. It's a perfect target for Linda. It has an elegant pear-like sweetness and aroma, and it's so delicious. What can I say, the balance is good. I found myself humming along while drinking it. Tonight, we'll have firefly squid with vinegared miso.

Lured by the spring weather, I took the train to Kobe on Sunday for an excursion by myself. On the way back, I went to a liquor store for the first time to meet new people. This time I chose a super dry Junmai Ginjo. Rice / 100% Gohyakumangoku Polishing ratio: 60%. Sake meter / +15 Acidity / around 1.6 Amino acidity / around 1.3 Alcohol content / 16 degrees Clear and smooth. It is delicious. Today, the second day, I feel the flavor more. Dry sake is also available.

My favorite liquor store. While I was rummaging through the refrigerator, a strange face asked me, "Have you ever drunk Kubota? and a stranger's face. It seemed to be a tasting of Kubota today. Because I always stop by without deciding what to buy, I decided to buy Kubota this time. It was put four kinds, but it was narrowed down to two kinds by itself. (2 kinds are over 10,000 yen / 1 square bottle) I don't often get my hands on Junmai Daiginjo, but at 3,740 yen including tax, it's a price I can manage to afford. The label is also stylish and cool. As for my impressions when I drank it, it was as crisp and clean as the label suggests. It is easy to drink. I can't believe that a major company is coming to a liquor store in the countryside to promote their products, but I guess the consumption of Corona is decreasing. I have to try to increase my personal consumption as much as possible.

A lovely cut-out copy. I bought the jacket. I don't have enough taste to tell the difference of sake rice, but it seems to be local Ehime rice called Shizuku Ehime. There are many efforts to make sake from rice in each region, and I wonder how far sake will evolve. How far will sake evolve? Just like the label, this sake is fresh and crisp with a springtime feel. It is delicious.

My nose is very clogged. I'm currently maxed out with hay fever and yellow sand. With a stuffy nose, the enjoyment of delicate sake is reduced by half, but this sake is light and refreshing. Is it because of the blocked nose that it feels dry? It was a delicious sake with a sense of transparency. I think I'll try it again when the hay fever clears up.

My wife gets upset when I put two bottles in the vegetable room, so I bought some sake that can be drunk at room temperature as a sub. Okuharima is a local sake from Hyogo. This time, I chose Yamahai. It has a rich taste. It shows many different faces depending on the temperature. I enjoy the main part at room temperature.

The slight fizzy feeling of new sake is pleasant. The sweetness is moderate, and the aroma through the nose is pleasant. The sourness is a little strong, but it doesn't bother me too much. Tonight's dish is bonito tataki. When I drink it tonight, I am so glad to be born in Japan.

This week is Usu-nigori. It is a sake from Ishikawa prefecture. It has a light mouthfeel with the flavor and aroma of Junmai Ginjo. It's delicious. I've recently calculated that my wife drinks about one cup of sake a day. I drink between 0.5 and 1 cup. That's why a bottle of sake doesn't last more than a week. I drink beer and shochu in addition to sake, so I'm embarrassed to put the bottles and cans out for collection. I'll enjoy my alcoholic life while taking care of my health.

A bottle from last week. Be careful to open it. I tried to open it carefully. When I tried to open the bottle carefully, it opened with a bang like a champagne. Luckily, it didn't overflow, but I was so careful.... On the first day, it was still very fizzy and had a champagne-like texture. It tastes and smells like Junmai Ginjo sake. I thought it would settle down on the second day, but the lid of the bottle, which was placed diagonally in the vegetable room, came off when I opened and closed the vegetable room, and it overflowed from the empty mouth. What a waste. It settled down on the third day. The store where I go to buy it has a wide range of Nanada, and I can enjoy various tastes. I'm looking forward to it.

This week, I'm going to talk about a sake that made me realize how delicious sake was about 30 years ago when I was a student. Since my late twenties, I've flirted with shochu, whiskey, and beer, but when I went on a trip to Kochi last year, I was reunited with this sake, and it made me realize just how delicious it is. When my favorite liquor store decided to carry this sake, I bought it without hesitation. It's dry and refreshing, but with a strong ginjo aroma. If you drink it at 17 degrees, you'll end up drinking it the next day.

Wife's choice. Masumi-chan which just arrived. This time it is lightly nigori. According to the sake meter, it is around -15, which is quite sweet. I tried a little bit of the top clear water first, but it didn't have much sweetness, and I couldn't resist the freshness of the sake. Next, when you mix it all together, you can taste the sweetness and the flavor in your mouth. On the other hand, it's not too sweet, and the mouthfeel is clean. Masumi is delicious after all.
