Sake from Hiroshima.
Purchased at the usual liquor store.
It has a dry taste with an elegant flavor.
It's delicious.
When I looked up the brewery on the internet, I found that they have a sake brewery called Umifudo (Seafood).
I remember the Umifudo I drank before because it was a memorable sake like a white wine, but this time it was completely different.
Personally, I prefer the dry taste of this one.
But I'm impressed by the wide range of styles from the same brewery.
