Limited New Sake.
13 kinds of sake planned by the Japan Famous Sake Association. (Mujirano-shu)
Super duper good.
Sake that is refreshing and you will never get tired of drinking.
Thanks to the careful sake brewing.
Tomorrow, another bottle of Mukorino-shu.
I can only look forward to it.
Local Sake.
At a nearby liquor store, the president of the brewery himself offered a tasting.
We were not able to sample the sake because we were driving, but we couldn't help but buy the sake that the president of the brewery himself was so enthusiastic about selling.
Okuharima", "Yamahai", "Nama-shu", "Ooragara-mi", and "President's top recommendation".
It is a dostrike.
The balance of acidity, umami, and spiciness is very good.
My wife and I finished it in 4 days.
Delicious.
Something more robust than last week's Great Snowy Mountains. This sake was selected for me.
It was not too heavy, but rather impressive for its well-balanced flavor rather than freshness, even though it is a draft sake.
Tonight, I served it with raw firefly squid that had been quickly boiled in hot water.
Sake that is a little spicy and refreshing, yet has a solid umami flavor.
The change from the freshly-opened, lively feeling to the calm umami after a week was stable and very tasty.
Pink label.
Perfect for the Dolls' Festival🎎.
It was pitchy and sweet when opened, but as the day progressed, it became more pitchy and deliciously sweet.
I chose a sake from Hokkaido for the stamp rally.
It's a junmai-shu with 70% polished rice, so you'd think it would have a strong flavor, but it's a clean, crisp, and beautiful sake.
I only drank it cold this time, but I'm sure I'll enjoy it lukewarm or hot.
I'd like to buy it again next time I see it.
Junmai Daiginjo, unfiltered, undiluted sake.
All my favorite keywords.
It has to be good.
My wife and I finished the whole bottle in three days.
I wanted to enjoy the change for about a week...
I skipped posting during the New Year holidays.
I'm sorry for the series of unintentional posts.
I had a good taste of famous places ♪
I made a trip to Fukushima last year during Golden Week in search of Sharaku, but I couldn't get it.
This time, I went on an expedition to a place less than an hour away from home and got it.
It's delicious, Sharaku.
A bottle from my favorite liquor store this week.
Production date December 2021.
Freshly squeezed raw sake.
A pleasant piquancy when the bottle is opened.
The citrus aroma and taste are round and soft.
The aftertaste is clean and refreshing.
I like the taste😋.
This is the second one I bought at a liquor store in Nara.
It is a long-cherished wish of Mimurosugi.
It's so good!
It is very well balanced with a very clear taste and a strong flavor.
My wife and I finished it in 4 days.
I want to go to Nara again.
Hitoshin-san, good evening😃.
Please come to Nara again❗️.
We also have a wide range of Mimuro Sugi (Japanese cedar) and a variety of other sakes from easy to hard to drink.
Last weekend, I climbed the sacred mountain of Ogami Shrine in Nara to wash away this year's bad luck (corona infection) and worldly grime.
As I was walking along the path back to the shrine after washing away the dirt, I saw a direct sales shop of mimuro cedar!
The worldly greed that should have been washed away was laden with lust.
However, it seemed that most of the products were sold in the morning, so there was not much choice. The nearby sake brewery was also closed on Sunday.
I got my bearings and searched for a liquor store nearby.
We hit the jackpot🎯!
There are many famous sake breweries!
After some hesitation, I chose Hanamura.
It was my first time to try Hanamura.
It's very good.
It's sweet and delicious, and very well-balanced.
We finished the whole bottle in no time.
Next, we bought another bottle of Mimurosugi.
Although it is comparatively near from a house, the parking lot seems to be hard to stop, and it is the first visit to the liquor store which was shunned.
The site area is small, but the store has a sense of cleanliness.
In the refrigerator, there are few famous places, but many kinds of sake.
We were attracted by the label "Japan Meimon Shuukai National Convention Hidden Sake" and bought it.
It is unfiltered, unpasteurized sake from R1BY, stored in the refrigerator for about a year and a half. The label says that it was stored in the refrigerator for about a year and a half.
It's delicious.
The mouthfeel is mellow, but the umami is strong. But it is not heavy.
The change from chilled to room temperature is also enjoyable.
The depth of sake is deep.
This sake is made from "Hyogo Nishiki," a new breed of sake rice produced locally in Hyogo.
Okuharima itself is my favorite sake, and when it is a one-year-old sake and a nama-shu, I can't help but buy it.
It's delicious.
I like it very much.
The sticky and firm flavor spreads in the mouth, and the aroma that comes out of the nose keeps me smiling.
I'm going to eat it with octopus sashimi tonight.
The autumn weather lured me to drive along the coastline west of Himeji.
It's still a little early, but there are many banners selling oysters here and there.
I can't help buying them.
I bought the oyster meat and went home.
On the way, I went into a liquor store for the first time, and I met Mr. Yamamoto's eyes.
The sake is light and refreshing.
It enhances the flavor of oysters.
Tonight, I'm going to enjoy oysters in a claypot.
