A hunchback last weekend. I asked my wife to buy it, but she was not in a condition to drink it, so we started on the third day after opening the bottle. I couldn't taste the freshness of it, but it had a mellow flavor from the beginning. The mouthfeel is good, and the sweet aroma coming through the nose makes you forget about the pain in your back. If you drink too much, you will get sore, so drink it slowly.

Red this time. Junmai dry taste. The sake level is +10. After the fizzy feeling in the mouth, the dryness comes out in full force. The flavor is sharp and delicious.

High pace this week. On to the second bottle I stocked up on over the weekend. I always want to try a sake I've never seen before. This is only possible with a liquor store you can trust. The sake is refreshingly dry. It's a clear sake that seems to soak into the body quickly. It goes down easily and smoothly.

This is my first purchase of Kaze no Mori. I asked the person at the store and chose this one. It is very fizzy. It's delicious. The flavor changes as the temperature slows down. I'd like to try a lighter one next time.

This is a bottle in a box that my wife received at the end of last year as a year-end gift. It is a long aged sake blended with more than 5 years old sake. It is yellow when poured into a glass. It smells and tastes like Shaoxing wine. It's also a very expensive wine. It's delicious in its own right. I'm going to enjoy it from room temperature to hot.

This sake is dry and refreshing, yet packed with flavor. It has a good balance and tastes better at a temperature close to room temperature.

The first one of the new year. Let's start with a famous one. It is light on the palate and has a nice ginjo aroma in the mouth. This is a good balance at this price. I think it is very cospa as your post. It was a good start for me. While thinking about the 50 or more bottles of sake I'll be able to find this year. Tonight's drink, with braised eggplant and shrimp octopus ahijo.

The last bottle of the year. This sake was also purchased for the stamp rally. It is light, refreshing and elegant sake. It is the first sake from Kumamoto. I was underestimating it. It's very clear and delicious. We hope to see many more wonderful sake next year.

The sake from Shiga was in stock, so I bought it without hesitation to fill the stamp rally. The sake rice is Ginbukiyuki.　It was my first time to taste this rice. It has a refreshing sourness followed by a hint of sweetness. It's like a white wine, so it's easy to drink. I'm looking forward to seeing how it changes from tomorrow.

Bottle of the week. What a transparent sake. The label is stylish and beautiful. The texture, aroma, and umami don't overpower each other, and it's a well-balanced sake with a great sense of unity. Tonight, we'll have it with burdock root hot pot. I've been drinking a lot of good sake lately, so my pace is fast.

This week's bottle. Last week's Mutsu Hassen was light, so I asked the waiter and chose a more robust sake. It looks light and cloudy. In the mouth, it was fizzy and piquant. The rich, unpasteurized flavor of the sake came afterwards, but it had a clean aftertaste. Delicious! Oh, it's going to be gone by the weekend this week, too. Definitely.

This week's bottle. Open the bottle while it was well chilled. The feeling of pouring is smooth and light. As I poured it, my first impression was that it was a very clear and refreshing sake. However, as it came closer to room temperature, I could smell the elegant flavor and aroma! Oh man, I'm drinking too much. This one isn't enough for me this week.

This week's bottle. A slightly yellowish hue in a clear bottle. 17% alcohol by volume. At first, it's mild in the mouth, as if it's going to have a bang. Afterwards, you get a strong, elegant flavor. Delicious. Masumi.

This week's bottle. I didn't hesitate to buy it because I enjoyed the sake I collaborated with Saku no Hana the other day. It's delicious. It has a slight fizzy feeling, followed by an elegant ginjo aroma. The deliciousness that comes afterwards. The aftertaste doesn't drag, and it's a very well-balanced sake. Tonight we had shabu-shabu with the beef we got tonight.

This is my first Takachiyo. The freshness of the freshly opened, slightly fizzy sensation is pleasant. That doesn't mean it's light, but I think it has a good balance of aroma, flavor and acidity. Tonight, I'm going to go with octopus sashimi.

This week's bottle. I enjoyed the Akigami I drank the other day, so I tried the Arasyo this time. Is this one crisper? Both are elegant and delicious. Tonight, we are counting on a ginkgo tree.

This week's bottle. We found one bottle left at our favorite liquor store, so we bought it thinking that many of the regulars must have bought it. The result was a strike right in the middle of what my wife and I like. We hit the jackpot. Fresh aroma and slight carbonation of the freshly opened bottle. The aroma was elegant and gorgeous. It's not overly assertive, but it's delicious. The balance was perfect. There are many new encounters with sake, and it's fun to drink it.

This week's bottle. A bottle recommended by my favorite liquor store. The aroma is modest, and it tastes elegant and light. The concept seems to be that you can enjoy it in various temperature ranges. I'll try it lukewarm tomorrow.

This week's bottle. Strong, rich aroma and sweetness that reminds me of wine. If you continue to drink sake, you will have to drink it last. The aroma and sweetness of the sake will overwhelm the sake you drink afterwards. We enjoy a rich evening with Tara's soft roe.

A collaboration between two breweries in Saku. It has a strong and elegant flavor. It is delicious. More than that, these two breweries are supposed to be competing with each other, but they cooperated to make this delicious sake. It's such a fun and happy sake.
