Stylish rainbow label. Reading the label on the back, you can see that they are trying to look at the hardships of the Corona disaster in a positive light. I sympathize greatly. This sake has been aged for a year. When it was first opened, it smelled like semedyne (which I like) and had a strong, robust feeling, but as the days went by, it became rounder and rounder, and a calm, rich flavor spread. This is why you can't quit buying a bottle. Tonight, I'll be serving it with sashimi of sweet shrimp.

It's been a long time since I've seen Naraman. I was confused about Junmai Ginjo, but I consulted with my wallet and went for Junmaishu. It is indeed Naraman. It's good both cold and at room temperature. Personally, I think I like it best at room temperature after a week. I'm glad I'm Japanese because I can enjoy a different sake every week and see how it changes over time. I'm glad to be Japanese.

A櫻 Yukinofu Special Autumn version. This is in the middle of the strike zone for me personally. It's delicious. The summer version was also delicious, but I think I like the aroma and taste of this one better. It tastes as good as the beautiful label. The rice used is 100% Fukuhibiki. I can't wait for the next winter version.

Senkou's sparklers. Stylish jacket. This sake has a light touch and an elegant acidity like lychee. It's the last summer sake of the year. Since the end of Corona, I've been gradually enjoying sake, and now I'm completely back to normal. At the same time, I've lost 5kg, but have rebounded by 2kg. Now it's the autumn of appetite. I'm sure I'll be back to my original weight soon.

I had a corona infection, and this was my first drink after a week of hotel recuperation. I bought it at the basement of a department store as an apology to my wife who became a close contact person. It's a bit strong for me after my illness. I had sashimi of sweet shrimp and boiled octopus, and my wife's cold eyes.

Omachi relay. This time it was Toyo Bijin. I drank Origarami and Haneju-Homare in the past, and both of them were delicious, but I think this one is my favorite. It is very clear and has a mellow aroma like pears that fills the mouth and nose. It's delicious. I wouldn't last a week with this one.

In response to a request from a young brewer, they tried using Omachi, which they don't usually use. It is smooth and slippery, with a gentle umami flavor that spreads through the throat. Sake of Iki Island, Nagasaki Prefecture. I was interested in the label's description of building a sake brewery in 2018 and bought it. There is a super spicy, but I did not feel so spicy, and I could feel the flavor well. Next time I want to drink one that is not dry.

Normally I buy Junmai Ginjo mainly, but I was caught by the recommended pop-up at the store where I bought it. First day of opening the bottle. The aroma is faintly grapefruit. The alcohol level is 18 to 19 degrees. It has a rich flavor, sweetness, and a good acidity. It is delicious.

Lovely jacket. I was curious about the spring version but didn't get a chance to try it, so this summer version is an instant buy. It's called "Yuki no Fu Special" and it's delicious. Sanjiwajo. A blend of three kinds of sake rice. I didn't buy this sake because of the claim that it is a blend of three different types of sake rice, but for the impure reason that I wanted to put the Shizuoka stamp on it. I don't care what the reason is. As long as it tastes good. It is delicious. On the first day after opening the bottle, the aroma and the flavours seem to have settled down. The taste is strong and crisp. I wonder if it will change tomorrow? It's that cohesive.

Drunken Whale summer sake. My favorite liquor store has been carrying Drunken Whale since last year, and I can't help but reach for it whenever a new one comes in. This time it's a summer sake.
