Masumi-chan which just arrived.
This time it is lightly nigori.
According to the sake meter, it is around -15, which is quite sweet.
I tried a little bit of the top clear water first, but it didn't have much sweetness, and I couldn't resist the freshness of the sake.
Next, when you mix it all together, you can taste the sweetness and the flavor in your mouth.
On the other hand, it's not too sweet, and the mouthfeel is clean.
Masumi is delicious after all.
