I bought the jacket.
I don't have enough taste to tell the difference of sake rice, but it seems to be local Ehime rice called Shizuku Ehime.
There are many efforts to make sake from rice in each region, and I wonder how far sake will evolve.
How far will sake evolve?
Just like the label, this sake is fresh and crisp with a springtime feel. It is delicious.
