This week is Usu-nigori.
It is a sake from Ishikawa prefecture.
It has a light mouthfeel with the flavor and aroma of Junmai Ginjo.
It's delicious.
I've recently calculated that my wife drinks about one cup of sake a day. I drink between 0.5 and 1 cup.
That's why a bottle of sake doesn't last more than a week.
I drink beer and shochu in addition to sake, so I'm embarrassed to put the bottles and cans out for collection.
I'll enjoy my alcoholic life while taking care of my health.
