This week, I'm going to talk about a sake that made me realize how delicious sake was about 30 years ago when I was a student.
Since my late twenties, I've flirted with shochu, whiskey, and beer, but when I went on a trip to Kochi last year, I was reunited with this sake, and it made me realize just how delicious it is.
When my favorite liquor store decided to carry this sake, I bought it without hesitation.
It's dry and refreshing, but with a strong ginjo aroma.
If you drink it at 17 degrees, you'll end up drinking it the next day.
