(First) Shichida
My first impression was "Uma", but I drank a lot of other sake that day and forgot my detailed impression😅.

The first impression on the tongue is spicy.
But it is refreshing and leaves no aftertaste. It is not too assertive and goes well with food.

Very refreshing!
The aroma is fruity and the mouthfeel is refreshingly light. It has a smooth taste and leaves no aftertaste.
It can be enjoyed by itself or with food.
This is delicious. ☺️
My favorite level:★★★★☆(4.5)
This is one that makes me want to try other drinks as there are many varieties.
I'm sure I'll repeat it 🙂.
The aroma feels even more fruity on the second day. No quirks at all.
I definitely recommend this one for those who are new to sake!
What should have been a stable Shichida ⁉️...
my first orizumi
I forgot to mix the first cup and just got the supernatant 😅...
Mmmm... strong bitterness and sourness...
The carbonation is a little bit on the tongue but... 😅
I stirred the second cup thoroughly...
No change 🥲not like usual shichida😱...
I let it sit for a day and the carbonation, acidity, and bitterness mellow out...
I'm not sure if I like it or not...
I think I like it better: ★★☆☆☆☆ ⁉️
I may not repeat...

The aroma is fruity and the mouthfeel is refreshing, just like the image. It also has a refreshing taste and leaves no aftertaste. When matched with food, the mouthfeel changes subtly, making it even better.
It does not feel alcoholic for its 15% alcohol content, which is good for people who are just starting to drink sake. ⁉️
On the second day, it became even milder.
It has no peculiarities at all and feels soft and "watery" in the extreme.
This is a great introduction to sake!
