Today's bottle is a "Mimuro Cedar" sake. Open the bottle and smell the aroma first... Fruity aroma on the nose 😊. A sip is refreshing and light. It also goes down easily. Today's dish is "Bakuren". The first sip is "spicy" but light! The spiciness of the aftertaste is just right. The spiciness quickly disappears and you take another sip. It's so good! Today, "Mimuro Cedar". It's a bit maniacal that the first one is dry ⁉️😅 The aroma is only faint. Neither good nor bad, but it doesn't bother me 😂. One sip. Today's bottle is a "Brewing Forest". When I opened the bottle and smelled the aroma... It doesn't have much of an aroma. One sip and it has no habits. Hatsu Takachiyo I was going to buy a fruity Hiragana "Takachiyo", but... I bought it as recommended by the owner. As soon as I opened the bottle, I could smell the fruity aroma... just as I imagined: ☺️ One sip and the sweet fruity taste spreads in the mouth. Again, just as I imagined. The finish has a strong sake flavor. When you let it air out a little bit, the fruity and the sake feeling gets stronger 😅. Preference:★★★★☆(3.5) Price: ¥2,200 (4-pack bottle)

Memorandum I couldn't forget my first Shichida "Uma!", so I scrambled to find a Shichida and got it😍. I knew it was going to be good!
