The third bottle for the New Year's party was "Sansho" (🍶). This is also a brand that is not available locally, so we opened the bottle. This one was well received. All of them are good, but 😋. We slowed down a bit to savor the sake 😋. But still, they drink a lot! I was drinking along with them! The four of us drank the bottle empty in no time... At this point, the wife takes a short break and the three guys continue the party!

The second bottle was selected while the party was not quite as exciting as the opening of the banquet 🍶 The Ocean series from "Sono Kangiku", a favorite of my daughter-in-law. The wife was also curious about this one, so we opened the bottle! It's a little less chuggy, but it's also delicious 😋. Everyone seems to like this one 😊. This was good 😊The bottle was empty in seconds and the party went on with calls of "next ❓" 😋. But what a pace 😱. I'm going to move on to the next one.......................................

Happy New Year everyone 🎍. I wish you all the best this year 🙇. I will put my thoughts on alcohol for the New Year's party to the side for a moment. We will start off the year 2025 with a "Shinmasa" start 🍶. We visited my parents' house in the morning and started the party in the evening 😊. Since we all gathered here, I opened a bottle of rare sake ⁉️... surprisingly, there was a reaction 😂this might be a bad choice😱. I drank the rest of the sake and my son and daughter-in-law both wanted to move on to the next one😅. The atmosphere is a bit awkward 💦 as soon as the party starts. I got a follow up from the wife and emptied the bottle 😊I guess each person's taste is a challenge ❗️😱

Our family's New Year's Eve sake is "Beaumichel" which we prepared for our youngest daughter's return home 😊. We opened the bottle today to get our youngest daughter into the Sake swamp! I suggested she take a sip, but she took one sip and flipped the white flag 🏳️😂I wasn't ready for the sake swamp yet💦. Reluctantly, I drank it all by myself😅. It's supposed to be easy to drink with low alcohol content 🥲I guess I'm still just a kid 😅 I was going to go out to the store due to our dwindling stock, but my eldest daughter called me 📱 while she was on her end-of-year shopping trip and we decided to avoid going out 📱. I was going to go out to the store but my eldest daughter contacted me 📱 and took me out 🍶 so I could finish drinking without worrying 😊I'm a very lucky girl 💫.

Oh no 😅I emptied the sake 🍶 I had planned to drink until the end of the year in no time and today, I wanted to recommend it to my wife. I chose "Toyo Bijin" for my wife. Today is the end of the year vacation, which means that I'm going to start my days full of sake. However, I haven't been able to open one of the sake bottles I prepared for the New Year (I have to let my sons taste it...). We still have a few days left, so we opened a bottle of "Akabu" Junmai Ginjo, a favorite of the wife, and brought it with us 🍶. As I thought, it's a great and stable match. ❤️ It's so good that no matter how many times I drink it, it's always so easy to drink too much 😅. I'm afraid I'll drink as much as I have and a bottle might be a mistake 🤣. I'll have to make sure it lasts until the end of the year💦.

Today's sake is "Sansho", which I was captivated by the first time I tasted it last time. This time it's Yamadanishiki🍶. It's just as refreshing as the last time with just the right amount of acidity 😊It's still going down well! The bottle went empty in no time 😅 Well, of course it did... Today I went shopping for the second time this month toward the end of the year 🚗. I was worried if the fridge would hold the largest purchase ever, but standing in front of the fridge at the liquor store, I wanted more and more of this and that 😂. I need to drink well during the New Year's holiday 😋.

I get jealous when I see your Xmas posts... but I'm familiar with the one person Xmas every year 😂. Today, I'd like to talk about Kochi...dry sake. Not dry... "Kameizumi CEL" 🍶. Based on the prior information, the bottle was opened with sweet ❗️ Sweet, delicious! But the aftertaste is just the right amount of acidity to reset the palate. Reset the inside of your mouth! Another sip with a fresh feeling. This is a good stuff 😅. It goes down so smoothly 💦. I came to myself and sealed the bottle before I went into the overdrinking loop😅I have to work tomorrow... I almost emptied the bottle in the heat of the moment😅😅😅

Today's bottle is "Garakudai" which I wanted to drink even more after receiving it last time. The bottle was opened immediately. The aroma is a little bit strong, but the first sip is refreshing. I decided to drink it in moderation and ended my day 😂This was another bottle that made me want to drink the other series 🥰.

Today is the "Lomang" 🍶 that I took you to over the weekend for a blast. I always choose the stable 😅. I opened the bottle and took a sip. It has a slight sweetness, but also a hint of umami and a bit of spiciness, and it disappears quickly. This is it 😍It's still delicious! This is why I choose the stable 😅. Today's first issue of the series Junmai sake from Wakanami One of the items we brought with us from Saturday's bombing. I had been curious about this brand for a long time, so I grabbed it. This is another first-time brand, first-time region series🍶. The brand chosen to be served at the official Nobel Prize event. Today's second bottle is a feast for our family! Houou Mita 🍶✨ We brought this one along because of the stylish label 😍. You can't go wrong with Hououmida: ❗️ This was another sake that fit the bill 🥰. The aroma was fruity but the mouthfeel was clean and moderately dry. This was another sake that went well 😍😍. Houou Mita" is our family's favorite! This was undeniable 🥰🥰. It was one that made me want to go to Tochigi camp more and more 😍😍. My favorite level is 5 without any complaints!
