Summer Banquet🍶 opens today (8/11)! On the first day, my son's family and my daughter and her husband gathered! The first sake to be opened at the opening was the first sake to be drunk at home! Jikin" 🍶! I never thought I could drink it at home 😍. It's been 2 years since I first had it at a corner bar 🗓️ I was lucky enough to be invited to the party, so we all enjoyed it together 😋. The aroma is mild and the taste is refreshing ❗️ It's a good one 💦. It was a perfect bottle to open the season.

Today, too, we worked hard pulling weeds on the daughter and her husband's property, and then took a shower and drank a lot of yippu 🍶. Tonight we went to "Takachiyo" 🍶, a long-awaited restaurant for the wife. After reading your post on Sake no Wa, I took her to Cherry Chichiyo"! Expecting a delicious sweet fruity taste! Tonight we will have it in a wine glass. From the aroma when I opened the bottle....n❗️ fruity and just as I expected 😊. The taste is also sweet and delicious, just as I expected 🥰 and my wife was also pleased 🥰. I had a memory that the "Hiragana Takachiyo" I had previously had was not so good, so I myself was surprised at how good it was and how it betrayed my expectations 😍.

Not posted yet. I went home for the summer vacation from this day. I was able to return home smoothly without any traffic jams on the expressway, and I was able to pull weeds diligently in the light rain at my daughter and her husband's proposed home site, which had been bothering me for a while, because it was covered in weeds🪏. After two hours of good exercise (⁉️) and a shower (🚿), we were ready for battle... "Tasake"! I'll open the bottle right away. The glass is full of bubbles 🫧. The aroma is mild. The bubbles are so big that they are almost as big as soda water! The taste is exactly like soda water😱. The taste was a bit of a surprise ‼️ 😊

We will finish our work before the vacations without a hitch with the appearance of "Ona" (🍶), which we are very excited to introduce to you. The bright red label caught my eye and I brought this one along 😍. Time was flying by while I was trying to decide when to drink it 🤣. The aroma and taste I thought Aizan was a little sour ⁉️, but it is fruity and delicious 😍. Ona-san never misses ❗️ I like ❤️ again 🥰!

Today is summer vacation🌻, so I'm uploading my unposted ✏️ My summer-battered body is craving the deliciously sweet fruity "Hana Yuu" 😋. It was quietly lurking in the back of the fridge, so I brought it out to the front 😋. Opened the bottle❗️ and the fruity aroma as expected...hmm⁉️ seems a little weak... I guess I didn't store it well 💦💦😅 even though it's a fresh sake. The taste is deliciously sweet and fruity, but it's not quite the same as the impression I had when it was fresh... I should drink it while it's fresh... 😂. But it was a bottle that sinks into my tired body 🥰.

It's been a while since I've had sake ⁉️😅 Tonight we had "Kawanakajima Genmai" 🍶. I had had it once before... but it didn't make much of an impression on me for some reason, so I was curious and brought it back to you again! Open the bottle. Aroma...💦. It has a strong sake flavor. ⁉️ The sake is even stronger when served with a cup of sake. I'm still not feeling well. It's like my body doesn't want it 😱. I'm thinking I need to get back to perfect physical condition before the summer vacation, but I keep drinking more 🤣.

Here's the rest of the post😅 I'm totally hooked on "Hyakushun" 🍶. I had passed on the new sake because of the banana🍌 and berry🫐 type, but I really wanted to drink Hyakushun, so I went for the matured one.... I immediately opened the bottle and smelled the aroma... The aroma was a little different from the previous ones, and it was mild (due to the aging process) 😅. Unlike the fruity type so far, it's mild and a little sour. Well, it was a little different from what I imagined, but the delicious part is the same 😋.

The second in the series of birthday eve festivities is Of course, my favorite "AKABU" 🍶 Yamada Nishiki! The day before, my daughter and her husband delivered the sake from Costco, so we had dinner together...but we also emptied all the other sake bottles I posted, so I started today a little low 😅! I'm not sure if it's the same as the usual AKABU 😱😱😱. My wife said it was "delicious" 💦I wonder if my taste buds are strange.... Speaking of which, I feel a pain in my joints...instead of a glass, they gave me a thermometer🌡️ and quarantined me in another room😱😱. I have a low grade fever 🤣This is what it is 💦. I'm so glad I'm done drinking tonight 😂. Tomorrow... "I doubt there will be any left."

Long time no post: ✏️ This weekend is the eve of your wife's birthday series: ㊗️ The first dish chosen was... Dewa Sanzan🍶 by my recent favorite "Hanamup". I left work early today to go home🚄 and was ready and waiting for the bottle to open... but I couldn't wait any longer and opened the bottle a little too early🍶. The aroma is mild 😌, so I'll toast first 🥂 and then take a sip 😋. Hmm💦dry⁉️It's not like Hanamup😱😱😱Something's wrong with my mouth⁉️ No, no, no💦It's still dry. It's delicious, but preconceived notions are scary. I'm surprised at the difference 😅 because I've always thought of it as sweet and fruity. It's a bit out of place for a birthday eve series (wife's preference only) 😅. But it was delicious😊.

I had a green from "Yamazan" waiting in the fridge, and I thought it would be the only way to relieve the stress I've been feeling at work since last week 😍. Opened the bottle❗️Oh 💦I'm not feeling very energetic⤵️ like I was last week 😂. I took a sip after getting the aroma... It has a nice tartness and sweetness, and the mouth feels like it's being shaken, so it's no wonder the bottle didn't have any oomph when it was first opened 😍. It's so good 😋.

Tonight I opened the second bottle with too much energy 😱. I'm about to take the bullet train back to Osaka 💦... This is all because my daughter and her husband are coming in the evening 😅. However, she's been a good sister to me, so I'll start by thanking her 🙇. My sister has been working for 3 months, but she seems to be under a lot of stress, so she invited my sister to go to Shizuoka Gyoza (Shizuoka Gyoza) for a bullet tour. It's a super hard schedule 🗓️😅(It's nice to be young💦) So they brought us some souvenirs and invited us over for dinner to start a hurried second round. My daughter-in-law is getting into the sake swamp, and we chose "Mikotsuru" 😊. My father-in-law was scrambling to stock up on a variety of sake 💦 as it seemed he hadn't settled on a guess yet😱. Please refer to yours for the taste of the sake 🙇🙇.

A bottle I brought along on Saturday's shopping trip 🍶. The brand name "Tenbi" that Mrs. Yamanouchi is interested in. I think I had drunk it before... 😅I had 💡. But my image of it at that time was that it was not as good as I expected... So this time I tried it in a different glass. I usually drink it in a wine glass, but this time I drank it in a chilled sake glass and the wife drank it in her usual wine glass 😋. The wine glasses were completely different in taste. I have learned that it is essential to change the glass depending on the quality of sake 🤣. I need to record the glass in the sake record to enjoy the taste 😅.

Tonight was the first time to drink and it was very good. I found my favorite rice, Yamada Nishiki, in the fridge, and the owner told me that there was no reason not to take me there. I found my favorite sake rice, Yamada Nishiki, 👀 so there was no reason not to bring it along with me. I was so excited to find my favorite rice, Yamada Nishiki 👀, that I knew I had to bring it with me. So I decided to try a different kind... This year's new sake is fruity 🍌🍓💦. I didn't realize it was full of acidity 😱. I said, "No💦this one..." and brought it to you 😋. When we opened the bottle, it was with a nice and energetic 'pop' sound 😊. The taste is still a definite ❗️ Sweet and fruity with a clean aftertaste! I think it's quite difficult to have a clean aftertaste if you don't feel any spiciness... It's a taste that everyone likes 😋. I think it's one that even my wife would enjoy. I've been trying to make her smell it too 🤣.

This weekend is Father's Day 🎁here The first "DAN" 🍶. It's my first time drinking Yamanashi sake😊. I'm a good father 🤣. Now, let's open the bottle. The bottle is opened with a pop! The aroma is fruity, which is a common pattern... The taste is also sweet with good acidity 😋 Well, it has a good balance of umami, sweetness, acidity and bitterness 😱. The fruity sweetness and the refreshing aftertaste is just perfect ⤴️😍! It was a true picture of excellence 🥰.

Today we opened a bottle of "Sansho" for tomorrow's pre-festival celebration 🍶. Yes, Sunday is my daughter's ground-breaking ceremony 🙏. We will pray for the safe and accidental completion of the construction work, but we will purify our bodies with purifying sake the night before 😅. The freshness of the wine was a bit muted after sitting in the fridge for so long, but it's still delicious 😍. It's not a sake you can get often due to its cost, but when you try it, it's so good, you'll want to bring it back again 🤣.

This weekend, I had to rush back to my hometown, so I took the train after work and went 🚃. It was so hot that I first quenched my thirst with a beer 🍺 and then slowly moved on to sake 😋 I chose... "Tasake" 🍶. It's getting harder and harder to find locally these days, but I was lucky enough to get some, so I wanted to taste it for myself 😋. It has a strong and clean flavor, not light but not too light, so it was a bit of a gulp type of drink 😅.
