Today's local sake after a long absence 🍶. First time for a brand series "Tagaji"! We have a big banner in our store to promote our local liquor store, but this is the first time we are going to take you there 😅. Since I took the trouble to bring you here, I'll have it right away... The aroma is full of sake, but when you take a sip...oh my 💦 it's modern and light 😅. The taste changes when you change the glass to an inokuchi (cup), which also gives it a "nice" taste 😍. I thought local sake was a bit of a classic and not my cup of tea, but surprisingly enough 💦 it's good 😋.

Originally, I wanted to do a comparison. I was going to bring Omachi rice and Yamada Nishiki, but... But we were too late and the Yamadanishiki was not able to be served 🥲. So, I recommended it to my wife and she opened the bottle 🍶. I wanted to enjoy the changed state after the bottle was opened, so I had it 3 days later 😋. The aroma is so fruity and quintessential Omine-san ❗️ that it is hard to believe it is 3 days after opening the bottle 😋. I felt it was a little bit sticky, but the wife said it was momantai 😅. It's still tasty even after many days of use. ❗️

It's been a while since I posted this: ⁉️ It's been a day since I drank it and I almost forgot how it tastes 😅 I went to a liquor store to try another Ryoseki brewery's brand, but... I didn't find the one I was looking for... 🥲I went for "Suitama" from the same brewery. I took him to try "Suitama" (🍶) from the same brewery... Expectations were raised by the fact that it was Junmai Ginjyo Yamadanishiki ⤴️😋... I'll open the bottle right away 😁. The aroma is fruity 😍If you take a sip from the aroma you can't go wrong... The sweet aroma escapes through the nose, yet the taste is light and refreshing 😋. It was one of those bottles that transforms easily into an empty bottle without getting tired of drinking 🥰.

Tonight, we will be having "Nozomu" (🍶) for the first time in a while. It's a selfish image, but...Nozomu-san has a clean and habit-free image. With this in mind, I opened the bottle. Aroma....I imagine it to have a clean and dry taste before drinking 😅. Then I took a sip! I knew it would be ❗️ refreshing 😍and... a little dry ⁉️ no it's not spicy, it's dry and refreshing 😋. Yes, this word is the best fit for me! I'm going to finish it in a flash 💦. I'll stop now 🤣

A bottle to commemorate your visit to Ise-san I got a bottle of Hiyadoroshi that I couldn't bring last year 🍶. I got a bottle of Hiyayogoroshi which I couldn't bring last year 😊. I often open a bottle in the pattern of wanting to drink a brand I've already had 😅. Saku's aroma is fruity and stable even though it's fire-roasted 😊. The first sip is refreshing while the right amount of sweetness and umami spreads in the mouth😍. Really good ❗️ I'll leave the comments on the taste for now. This time, I got a taste distribution map of "Saku" during my visit to liquor stores in Mie, and upon closer inspection... I was reminded once again of my stupid tongue that tasted the same in all of them 🤣.

The third installment of the series that I forgot to post due to hard work is Gagakuyo! It's been a while since I've been with ⁉️, so I'll open the bottle right away 🤣. Oh, so refreshing! No bitterness. Goes down your throat easily! This is delicious 😋! Garakudai is safe and stable 😊. It's the kind of bottle that challenges you in many ways and brings you back 😊.

Followed by the second one We don't neglect our sake activities even when we are busy ❗️😁 First brand series in a long time! Autumn Sake by "Beian Daikoku" 🍶. Is this true of autumn sake as a whole? The aroma is mild and quiet. The taste is... As expected, it is refreshing 😋. It's so generic that it ends up being unimpressive and described as 'normal' 😅.

It's been a while since I've posted 😅 Every year at this time of the year, I'm busy with business planning for the next year, and it's the worst time of the year... but it's also the fate of a company employee that I can't avoid it 🥲. My days are busy, but I'm still trying to keep up with my drinking 😅. Today's post is about "Amezure", which a local liquor store recently started selling. When we went to the local liquor store, his wife said she was curious about it, so we took her there.... For some reason, I had to make a trip to Osaka to open the bottle alone😅. The aroma is... hard to describe 😓. I'll drink it 😅 Oops💦. Sourness and bitterness from the first sip Complex taste 🤣. To be honest, it was the first day that made me think this was a failure ⁉️... but then I got the idea to let it sit in the fridge for a couple of days 💡. Oh my 💦 it's milder overall 😋This one is promoted to delicious 😋.

Tonight we will open a bottle of "Nanamizu" to celebrate the 700 CI of J&N's Sake-no-wa Pisen. In celebration of J&N's 700 CI, we will open a bottle of "Nanamizu" which is still in our house 😋. I had a little bit of a crack 😅. Unlike the last Omachi, it had a stronger wine taste as described 😋. I've been drinking a lot of low-alcohol winey or champagne-like sake lately, so this was another tasty one 😍. Tochigi 😱. You are too high specs 🤣. Thank you for the food 🙏🙏.

The spoils of Oise-san The first series "Tamitsu" 🍶. If you come all the way to Mie, you should have a bottle of Mie sake as a trophy... I brought you a bottle that you won't find in your neighborhood😊. We chose Omachi rice out of all the available bottles 💡. Let's start with the aroma... Elegant fruity and moderate assertiveness 😊This is very pleasing 💕. The taste also has just the right amount of umami and sweetness, and the overall balance is nice and delicious 😋. There are many delicious sake brands in Mie, and I think this one belongs to the delicious group 😍.

Since I learned to drink sake, I've been curious about a sake I've seen on youtube, etc. ⁉️ "Ina to Akabe" (Ina and Akabe). It was a bit of a hurdle for me to take you to this sake, but finally the day has come 😋. It's a game of one or two hands 💦😅😅. I'll open the bottle right away 🎉. The aroma is...well...💦 it's a bit unpredictable with a full of peculiar aroma to start with 🤣. I take a sip with trepidation... It's not sake 🤔I knew it... Indescribable sourness and bitterness But... as I drink more and more, I get used to the taste and don't hate it😅 I'm not sure if I'll be able to play with it next time... but it was another good experience for me 😅.

Taking advantage of this skipping stone holiday, I went to "Oise-san" to get ready for my family's recent tradition. I went to "Ise-san", which has become a regular event in my family recently. I wanted to feel again the atmosphere and freshness that I felt when I went there for the first time... I was surprised to find out that my wife and I felt the same way when we happened to talk about Oise-san in our conversation 😱. So we decided to make it a once-a-year event. So, enough preamble... The first thing we had after getting ready to go home was... The first 🍶😊 at Mikotsuru Kinmon Nishiki. The reason being... we just didn't have nearly enough sake in stock😅. I'll have it right away. The aroma is...hmm💦 mild😊. The usual fruity sensation is weak 🙂 and the taste is clean and refreshing The taste is also refreshing 😋. A little bit sweet (that's what I'm choosing ⁉️🤣), but this one I feel like it's just the right balance 😍. I rinsed out the empty bottle and realized... It was bottle heated 🤣🤣.

Honestly, it stinks 🤧. Tastes like Coke. Oh my god 😱. The wife takes a sip too 💦Mute Gently put the bottle back 😅 I guess that's a good thing 🤣. Well...I'll have it all at once and empty the bottle. I have to moderate the challenge😅

Tonight is one of the recent regular sakes Jungin🍶 by "Daina My wife is coming to Osaka this weekend. I opened the bottle the day before so that she could get used to it on the second day. I opened the bottle the day before with the plan to have her try it for the first time 😊. First of all, the aroma... It is more refreshing than usual. Assuming that the taste would also be refreshing When I had a sip... yeah ❗️ it's still refreshing 😋. I'll be bummed to see how it changes on the second day💦. Then, the second day arrived! A little more sake-like aroma. I swung the other way 😅. But the taste was clean and tasty with no major changes 🤣.

I got my wish...Yamadanishiki by Mikotsuru. I got it and I'm going to enjoy it right away. The aroma is...mature and fruity, which raises my expectations even more: ⤴️ I couldn't wait to take a sip 😋😋. It's so good! Just the right amount of sweetness, sourness and bitterness. It's a bit complex, but it goes down your throat nicely and smoothly. Really yummy! Really good! This is Mikotsuru's best (probably 💦). I'm on a mission to get some sake rice that I haven't had yet 🤣.

To end the consecutive holidays, we prepared "Nabeshima summer moon" for a summer party. We brought this sake to the store expecting it to be in demand again this year as last year, but it was sitting in the fridge without being selected. It has been sitting in the fridge without being selected, but now it is time to open the bottle to free up some space for autumn sake 😅. However, it has been sitting in the fridge as it was too good to drink because it is actually my favorite 😅. I'll open the bottle 😋 Mmmm... fruity! It doesn't betray me 😍. As for the taste... "ume-ume❗️ is still ume-ume" was the usual phrase 🤣. I would like to try other seasonal sake, but the timing is not right and it's difficult to take you with me, so I'm halfway to give up, but it was one that made me want to try it 😋. Thank you for the treat 🙏.

I found it 💡. I found it 💡. We started with a solid Junmai Ginjo 😊. Fruity aroma, but not that assertive, so I'll have it right away 😋. Mmmm... refreshing! As written on the label, Juicy but dry and easy to drink ❓Light ❓Good sharpness ❓ Light❓Good sharpness❓ I don't know how to describe it 🤣. I'm not your wife, but it's like "this is delicious" 🥰. Maybe it's because it's still hot, but I like the feeling of it being dry and refreshing 😋.

Two more bottles were opened from the previous "Sleep Series"! The other bottle was "Houou Mita"! This one was so highly praised by Mrs. Yamazan that I opened a bottle of my guess to get one and offer the rest to her 🍶. The stablemate Mita has nothing to complain about in terms of aroma or taste: ❗️ It's delicious 😋 and this time I dared to let it sit for two days... The second day was unexpectedly more mellow, or in my opinion, heavier 😅. I can taste many different flavors of Mita-san, it's still the best 😍😍!

I opened a bottle of this beer after rushing home for the weekend before a three-day weekend... Yamazan" 🍶 which was highly praised by the wife last time. This time it was a sparkling 🫧. As soon as I said I was going to open a bottle of Yamasan tonight, she started to get a little squeamish 😁. I guess she liked it so much, she is grinning happily 😁. Well, since we don't want to keep you waiting...let's open the bottle 🎉. From a mature start The aroma is mild and reserved, somehow different from other sakes with a unique aroma 😊. Now for a sip 😋. Shuwa shuwa and refreshing 🥰. Schwashuwasukkiri may be a standard phrase for bubbles... It's a step above ⁉️ delicious 😋! Even the wife reacted in a way that was easy to understand: "I love this ❤️" 😍. Needless to say, this has quickly risen up the ranking of Yamazan in our house😍.
